Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can track everything. I can see what different cards were used at different times. I can see who entered the PO so I can track it down if need be. It is such a nice, easy change from the old paper way of entering POs getting checks cut, and then paid. I love using Procurify for our business; it keeps the budget in line and correct. Thank you for this wonderful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about Procurify yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes it so much cleaner and streamlined. Everything is in one place and easy to find.

Procurify is an amazing product for those needing a standalone or one that can integrate.

Easy of use and versatility. Easy to config and implement.

Given our odd internal account structures It took a while to tweak the settings in order to best match our system, but that is an *us* issue not a procurify fault,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for paper purchase requests and purchase orders as well as walking around a piece of paper for approval which is what we were previously doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Procurify is a plateform that is easy to use and very user friendly. You can request items and save them easily in the catalog. Adding them in the catalog is great for all future purchases to reduce time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's tricky to find closed PO's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time while creating PO's as products are saved for future use.
Great reliable and easy way to place and manage orders
What do you like best about the product?
Simple web-based app that allows you to easily place order and manage them from getting approvals, attaching documents/images, receiving and pulling out older orders to duplicate. Simple and easy. Phone app works very well and is a plus to take photos of packling slips for documentation. Used this many times and saved time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing is the ability to click a box to "Add another item" in your order, which would replicate the vendor fields and others since this is the same. It used to be there, but for some reason was removed.

Seamless all-in-one ordering system.
Procurify Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly interface. Some excellent features like the ability to consolidate multiple requests to a single order but retaining traceability to the original requester. Easy to export data in simple CSV files and then manipluate to your own reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't offer a truly full ERP style product, but it is an exceleent mid-market solution and does integrate well with other apps to build a combo tech-stack that is effective.

data collection, reporting and consolidation of multiple order requests
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so easy to use for raising POs and keeping track of expenses. We have saved so much vauable company time using Procurify
What do you dislike about the product?
Although easy to use, the number of parameters and options - which are necessary for ensuring that POs are going to the right department, etc. - this means that some intial training is necessary for each member of staff who starts to use this tool. That said, the training itself could be as short as 20 minutes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is preventing excessive time spent on purchasing, ensuring that funds are taken from the correct budget, ensuing that the purchase requests are sent to the correct approver, and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Procurify is the organization, how i'm able to place an order and track it and then receive it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Procurify is sometimes looking for a product on the supplier portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem i feel they are solving is the ease of ordering and tracking.

Quick and easy access to data, allows for quick and seamless changes such as adding new users and account codes, approval routings and delegations, projects, etc.

There is nothing that I dislike about Procurify

Time Saving Program
What do you like best about the product?
The time that the program saves & how intigrated it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Far to many emails are received. Confirmations back after after approving items are not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved having to run around getting manually typed Requisitions/Purchase Orders signed by approvers and having scan and sendRequisitions/Purchase Orders by email to approvers that are not in the same building. Who inturn had to scan back to me the approved Requisition/Purchase Order once approved. This is saving a huge amount of time as everything is automated.
