The process to follow procurify placing the orders is simple and easy

I dont think I have anything to say for that snce I did not find anything missing with the process

Seemless and effortless
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things I love about Procurifyis,if there is something wrong with a request, I don't have to send a lenthy email to the requester. I can send it with the request submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is not favorful with Procurify is the manual processes for importing and exporting credit card charges into QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our end users into a easy to use system for budgets and entering expenses

It's nice to be able submit orders easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could track my students easier. I also wish when I'm repeating a line item I could copy it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to be able to submit orders for my students and be able to check on their status.
Comprehensive Platform for Expense Management, but a Bit Complex
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one spot with Procurify. It's convenient to get reports from one website, which helps a lot. I also think it's really great when you can ask for other requests like travel requests or do expense reports and ask for reimbursements. These are my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like it's a bit complicated to retrieve an expense report you've done. It feels like I'm on the back end of a website. It's not as simple, and looking for information is not always easy, especially when I'm doing the expense report and need to submit a picture. Some things look more complicated than they actually are. I think everyone needs training before using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify to submit expense reports and request project budgets in one spot. It simplifies getting reports by centralizing everything on one website.

What do you like best about the product?
Always works great on my cell phone, and easy to add receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had one suggestion before, asking that they add the PO# to the list of PO's, so you dont have to click on each request to see it.They have since made that change and dont really have any Complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company we are kinda spread out and some cover multiple roles and being able to put in a request on the fly and even get it approved even if the AP staff is out of office. Can definity make our day to day much smoother.
Easy to use and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple to add info for reimbursement as well as update orders. It is also easy to add receipts and other photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the system on my phone I sometimes have difficulty signing in.

It simplifies the entire buying process for my industry. I am able to upload everything I need and then get it approved within a short amount of time (sometimes minutes or more).

It's unclear to me why I have to describe twice each expense.

Wonderful procurement platform with incredible customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Procurify focuses heavily on customer success. Everyone from their implementation specialist to account managers to technical support. The integration capabilities are incredle! The Amazon PunchOut was a bit rocky to launch but the Procurify team made the entire process easy to understand and enjoyable. We presented a big roadblack to Procurify and they built out a solution and involved our team along the entire way. The user interface is incredibly friendly and easy to use. Their pricing is incredibly fair. We use this every single day at our non profit that produces a large scale event. If you're looking for an easy to use, robust, flexible, purchasing syste, - look no farther.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only 2 things I find a bit lacking with Procurify. 1- Built In Reports could use a bit more power user features. The built in reports lack granulatiry. With that said you can export all of the data easily and generate your own filters to see what you need, just takes a bit of excel work. 2- The receiving module could be stronger. We wish when rejecting an item in receive that you could have the option to drop it back into the procurement queue to purchase wihtout retriggering the approvals process. We also wish there were more granular logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procurify has a robust approval chain process while maintaining a simplistic user interface. Our entire Purchasing department runs off of Procurify and its modules.
