What do you like best about the product?
Good amount of connectors and overall design is pretty easy to use. Syncs/Models have a good breakdown and any changes in source/destination schemas are reflected in the sync for errors too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some errors are challenging to understand and track, most of them need a ticket to the census team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL for me. Really helpful and unlocking a huge use-case for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the census is the capabilities that it offers and the broad support for data sources providing more flexibility in data operations and getting data managed with syncs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the price point its quiet expansive for a startup coming with bootstrap, also there were many instances where there were limitations in syncs and only one operation was done at a time which is not justified with the price point coming on and feels over-priced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management and data syncs from different sources was not possible manually, census has helped us in solving that problem and allowed us to perform data operations and manage data from different sources at one place.

Critical Tool for Data Processing

What do you like best about the product?
Sleek Design, Intuitive Search Functionality, Flexible Sync Scheduling, AirTable Integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Quirky Behavior at Times (will sometimes be forced back to the Sync page, or Large Syncs with 20+ fields will sometimes fail to load the individual fields when choosing Google Sheets as a Destination)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Census has promoted synergy between our Data Warehouse where we perform custom calculations and scoring for several data-points and our CRM (SFDC) and has reduced the reliance on tools such as Tableau to access vital information.

What do you like best about the product?
The space it fills in the data field. There are many systems today's businesses run on. Data is the fuel that empowers them all. Census enables users to get data in the right places.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more flexibility geared toward business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing data into platforms our front-end teams use.

What do you like best about the product?
Its use is easy to understand with a modern structure that has provided solutions for data movement for better analysis, its attention is as desired in times and responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit expensive due to its high price plans that not everyone can afford this amount of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out-of-the-box data integration and data collection makes data analysis more detailed

Great reverse ETL tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to configure and maintain, most things are clicking through. SQL models and syncs are super intuitive. In our case, it is the best tool to quickly provide value to the business or POC some solutions, without huge development effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is not always the best notifications of syncs. Census is always providing very helpful notifications on sync failures, but more from the Census end. If an actual error happens on the destination system end it is not always considered a sync failure. For example Salesforce sync and if we have rows that are going to be rejected by Salesforce, via Census it is considered as correct - where from my perspective it should be something like a warning at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick POC development and quick integrations with systems that we don't have any other customer integrations internally. A quick way of providing value to the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful support. Willingness to take on new connectors and tweak existing ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use some refinement, but overall very solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Census allows us to find edge cases in our data and assign the correct person to fix very complex issues using Asana and Reverse ETL. This has been a huge benefit to our business.

Flexible and Powerful

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that I can spin up a model and instantly connected it to many disparate systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is sometimes buggy and I don't always understand how to get it refreshed correctly to get my model to show (i.e. sometimes columns i expect don't show up)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Democratizing data across our systems and connected systems that need data from other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface makes it easy to understand which syncs are active and when they were last run. Makes our life very easy when maintaining data cleanliness in Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to have multiple users as the connection user so that we know who owns which sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating data entry and integrity between our data warehouse and Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Census is the easiest to implement, and one of the most powerful toolsl in our tech stack. We use Census to accurately push data to our CRMs, GSheets, and any platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of a single thing. At one point, the platform was more analytics engineer focused, but now, you can go heavy on tech expertise and build your own model OR integrate with something simple. We balance using Census SQL models and just simple BI Looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Census sends data where and when we want it, accurately. Need to trigger a marketing email when X happens, we have the ability to do it. Need to give the Account Management team more data points, done. Need to provide our sales team with real time context, done.
