Nice interface, not sure what problem it is really solving

Easy to use interface, quick to add new features and destinations, retry logic, alerting.

Does not support all destinations we would like.

It makes it easy to export data to 3rd party platforms such as Pipedrive and Intercom.
We do not have to deal with creating our own pipelines, changing API versions, and retry logic etc.

Great product solving real issues
What do you like best about the product?
Census is very user-friendly and easy to configure. I use it on a weekly basis and it is always a great experience. Also, the alerts for when a sync fails are very helpful so you can fix them on the spot and not compromise the data being pushed back into systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I do not dislike any functionality of Census. It has always accomplished everything I needed it to do and since the first time I used it is seemed clear what needed to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct connection with Salesforce is the main use at my company and it solved a big issue which is giving Sales and Customer Success people the access to the data they need right into the account object so they do not need to move to another system in order to the get that info.
Census has made it seamless to connect our databases with our CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated sync using cron functionality, along with the ability to easily map fields from BigQuery --> Hubspot - it makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the troubleshooting functionality when uploads fail - it'd be nice to receive more proactive support in these situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Census is solving our ability to unify our systems and create easier access to data. There should be significant long-term benefits from this system as we scale the business.

Census has made it possible for us to simplify and expand our usage of audiences for look alikes and suppression lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike but I would love to see that they add more destinations to their library.

Census automates data transfer in a compliance friendly way allowing us to easily scale suppression lists or build look alikes on new channels
It has really eliminated the use of custom code fetching from numerous APIs

It has zero upkeep since it is all automated

Nothing, it is very simple and straightforward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eliminated the need to maintain custom code for integrations between different systems. This helps me focus more on analytics and not engineering.
Census is a nifty tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's proven itself to be a reliable tool for delivering reverse ETL. SaaS businesses are at their best when they focus on core functionality. I also have benefitted from the automated alerts system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as scalable as other tools - I've hit caps on the number of cells that can be updated for example.

Enabling operational teams to see and review large scale data usually only available to technical users. It creates a lot more leverage in the organisation by enabling non-technical customers to perform better.
census is a good data tool however I find a lot of issues when using it for data syncing to sfdc

Decent interface, decent reporting capability, can be semi confusing for new users, product updates are fairly frequent

Integrating and pushing data to salesforce can be patchy and inaccurate compared with other tools, however at least they do offer this ability

Business allows us to store data external to our CRM from our product and push into our CRM when necessary
Great product, easily sync data between our databases with little or no code!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, little or no code solution. We sync data in our databases to Salesforce and can have non-technical people own these processes. Very strong tool that we rely on
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, think it's pretty great. Maybe They could support more tools but they already have a plethora of tools that they cover and sync too. Or they could also have their 'Success' records sync be downloadable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very strong no to low code solution for syncing data between databases and tools. We sync data from databases to Salesforce and other platforms with ease.
Census works! New features / integrations frequently, but could be better on observability

There are quite a few integrations and they're always adding more. We were able to solve a significant administrative issue (product utilization) by writing SQL logic that updates Salesforce, saving our Customer Success team hours every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're working on their pricing structure and some of their observability features that should be part of the basic paid aren't. Knowing when errors occur, how to resolve them, etc. would be nice to have features.
