What do you like best about the product?
Cypago’s approach to risk management is exceptional. The security risk matrix isn’t just another feature, it’s a key tool that helps us assess and prioritize risks efficiently. Previously, our approach was more reactive, but now this matrix provides real-time insights that help us stay ahead of potential issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more customized reports for stakeholders and internal reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago has reshaped how we tackle risk and compliance. The clarity of their risk matrix allows for faster, more informed decision-making, shifting us from a reactive stance to a proactive one. This change has enhanced ourcompliance strategy and altered how we manage risks throughout the organization. Our team now focuses more on strategic mitigation, thanks to the insights provided by Cypago.

Streamlined Compliance with Cypago
What do you like best about the product?
It has turned our SOC2 compliance from a nightmare into something we can handle without freaking out. It plugs right into our cloud services and code libraries, making everything smoother and faster. Before, compliance took forever. Now, it's just part of what we do, and it doesn't mess up our day-to-day. I also need to give a shout-out to their support team. They're super quick to help out and really know their stuff, which makes a huge difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
While their integration library is comprehensive, there are a couple of gaps for tools we use. I’ve requested support, so we’ll see if they add them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago helps to make SOC2 compliance easier, without letting it take over everything else we're doing. The automation and how it works with our existing tools means less grunt work and fewer mistakes. Basically, we can stay on top of compliance without it slowing us down, letting us focus on the bigger picture stuff. Plus, it helps us ensure that we're doing the whole security and compliance thing smarter, not harder.

What do you like best about the product?
Right from the start, Cypago's team impressed us with their responsiveness and dedication. Whether we needed clarification on compliance requirements or assistance with the platform, their customer care was always quick to respond, ensuring smooth communications throughout. Further, using the platform is easy. Our team appreciated the straightforward setup process, which allowed us to get up and running with minimal hassle. I also appreciate the integrations. Cypago integrates with various other tools and systems we use - this was a game changer. It not only streamlined our compliance process but also automated several aspects of evidence collection and control management.

Cypago has a long list of integrations, but some more niches ones are missing. More integrations would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary challenge was managing the SOC 2 process efficiently with limited resources. Cypago helped to address this by providing a streamlined, easy-to-navigate platform that simplified evidence collection and especially user access reviews. Closing our security posture gaps, compiling documents and collaborating with auditors became much easier, allowing us to focus more on our core business. Additionally, the integration capabilities and policy templates offered by Cypago were helpful when setting up our initial security processes, laying a strong foundation for our ongoing cyber compliance ops.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very clear, there is a clear set up of what you need to do, what controls are required. The platform also takes the company status into account when selecting the controls to face.
Integrations help a lot in knocking down some of the controls and picking up evidence with no manual labor from the user side. Integerations also help to specify what exactly needs to be fixed in order to be complient with the control.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if Cypago had a more clear remediation steps in some of the controls. It does say what is the problem ,and what specific component needs to be fixed, but it's not always clear how to fix it.

1. Great customer care, quick response time, easy communications.
2. Setup calls and walkthrough were good. This was a simple and smooth process.
3. Available templates to use for policies, other than writing them yourself.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Tasks management - either in the platform, Jira or via Monday. Could be nice to have a Linear integration for tasks as some owners are Devs.
2. Workspace UI - could be nice to have sorting and not just filtering (for example, asc/desc), as well as a Kanban or Table view to manage the controls.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool to simplify the SOC 2 compliance and auditing process, instead of doing it all "in-house". The Cypago platform lets you prepare that quite simply, upload evidence easily, and also allows guest users for auditors, making it quite smooth for the whole parties involved in the SOC 2 process.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some of the controls are semi-automated and require some manual work from tech side
- Policy Templates could have been better customizes to the side of the company (startup, mid market etc)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago allows us to go through a SOC2 certification process (Type 1 and 2). As a startup we have limited resources and paying the traditional $7-12K is somewhat expensive. Cypago allows us to complete the SOC2 process utilizing the AWS marketplace - meaning paying using Amazon Cloud Credits.

Cypago was the tool we needed at the time we most needed it. The sales process was smooth and straightforward, and it provided exactly the value we were looking for. In addition, Cypago's customer success team helped us go through the onboarding process and made sure we're up to speed in a short while.

Some adjustments in Cypago's automated analysis were needed to match our development process flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When vendors go out to the market and expand their customer base there's a need to prove data security & privacy for potential buyers. The best way to do it is by achieving a SOC 2 report, however this is normally a resource-intensive and painful process. This is exactly the need Cypago solved for us, and helped us turn the compliance liability into a business opportunity.
