What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get started with out of the box applications, there's a good pricing model and generally a good onboarding experience. Once set up, Insights Hub provides quality outputs that helps customers to understand their operations better and in turn reduce costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better options for upgrades between capability packs without the need to 'over subscribe' & Update/new feature rollout management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to better understand OEE, turns out our production line wasn't as effective as we thought. Insights Hub helped us to identify and address this.
