Enhancing how I organization
What do you like best about the product?
I often use the "Ask AI" to help with my writing. I love having it as an editor and improving my writing skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it takes a bit to find the right words with the editor. Like alternative ways of saying the same thing. I use wordtune along side bc they give more options that I can't always get in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can struggle with finding the right words to use in my projects. I use AI as my editor to help make the copywriting in my work sound much better and help with my grammar.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatly polyvalent database system let me cover all my need, from keeping my journal to making my invoices
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Notion is poorly functional when offline. I would love to be able to download a page and have it OFFLINE all the time (I.e. when travelling abroad for my travel journal)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keeping track of my working hours, invoicing and projects management with all my clients (I am a freelance designer)
I also use Notion as a Second Brain (in the like of Tiago Forte). I don't think any other software are as powerful as Notion for this

I appreciate the fact that you have the ability to alter your tone, as it can have a significant impact on the outcome on what is being written. Being able to adjust your tone to fit the situation at hand is valuable. I is also very easy to use and is versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
that prompts do not always work the same way

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI goes way beyond basic spell check. I use it to analyze my writing style and suggest improvements to tone, clarity, and conciseness. No more do I have to agonize over awkward phrasing – AI helps you sound professional and polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI offers prompts and suggestions, but you can't fine-tune them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI can helps to kick start my work so that I state at a blank page for a lot less time. It's fantastic for getting ideas flowing.

Notion AI solves a productivity problem - it's a great tool for reorganizing lists, editing language, and generating ideas.
My mind is now clutter free!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion really helps me as an AI assistant. I use it to organize my thoughts and my life. I take notes, manage my calendar and I use the AI to answer life's burning questions, or I ask it to organize my meeting notes. It really truly is the best app and I use it daily.

I would love to see more available templates and other integrations. Pipedrive maybe?

It allows me to organize my thoughts...out of my head in a jumble, into Notion all nice and neat!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is truly the best part of my day. I have systems set in place for schedules (personal and business) and utilize it multiple times a day. I enjoy being able to easily implement new sheets and share with clients as needed. Additionally, I utilize the integration of google calendar as well as the AI Writing Assistant- which has become a favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Notion is the abaility to use it offline, as needed. I wish there was an option to save the most recent changes until it is back online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of disorganization and the ease of managing multiple projects. It benefits me most when I am onboarding new clients or working on freelance projects.

Smooth use experience! very efficient to use as it can help to modify any sections on your note. The answers from the AI is also super accurate and helpful.

when using AI to generate codings for mermaid chart is not accurate.

grammar issues and paraphrase functions. Very benefitial for a student
Simple, efficient note taking application with many features
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Notion is that it is very user friendly at first. It is easy to set up Notion and quickly get to creating notes. It is much convenient to create points which we might need to remember for later on and alongside this, it is also very convenient to create entire subject notes and create a personal documentation for further reference as well. The color coding feature is also a very useful feature with the help of which I can color different points in different colors and can personally assign any importance to it. Also, the less amount of fonts is actually a pro for me because I don't need to think much about font and font size and try to overcustomize the notes and can straightaway get to making notes itself. The different templates present in the notion, the database feature, views, basic templating make in itself enough features to provide a note taking application with the help of which I can create personal documentation for myself as well as a knowledge base for the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing, I dislike about notion is that I cannot create offline notes nor I can store the notes in my own system in the form of markdown files or any other format. It is very difficult to export large amount of notes from Notion to the system, in the free version provided by them. Apart from it, when trying to access the databases feature or formulas feature, there is a slight learning curve which I feel could have been made easier with the help of proper resources or an in app guide with hands on learning tutorial so that it can be used by everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Notion to create Knowlege base or to create personal notes. In the personal notes, I use it to note down important points which I might need to refer later on, or I use it to note down any patterns or findings which I find while writing code and think that it could benefit me in future. Also, the color coding feature and the views feature of notion helps to organize notes and clear the importance of the sentences in a visual manner which makes reading and in turn learning a lot more enjoyable and interactive experience. The fact that the notes can also be hosted in the form of a website and thus be shared with anyone as well as remotely synced makes it a lot more beneficial for me to continue using Notion for my note taking needs.
