Seamless Client Management, Some Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the shared team space in Notion for client management. It helps us record meeting notes and share to-do lists effectively. The calendar feature is also something we utilize and love. The to-do list feature allows us to set tasks, assign them to different people, change due dates, and set priority items which has been a really helpful tool for us. Notion also provides a space for everyone to be aligned in one place and ensures shared visibility of upcoming tasks. I appreciate the ability to make edits in real-time, avoiding the back-and-forth of emails with Word documents. Overall, it makes the process seamless for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say learning how to use it has been a bit of a learning curve for some members of our team. Some of my older colleagues have had trouble figuring out how to do things like import documents and trying to figure out the right place for something to live within Notion. There are so many functions there that maybe sometimes it's easy for some to get lost. I think everyone's getting there, but it can be kind of complex to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a space for team alignment and shared visibility on tasks with real-time edits, eliminating back-and-forth emails and continuous working drafts.

Ease of search. Policies are laid out in an easy and clear format.

Ultimate Tool for Personal and Work Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for everything, like organizing my projects, timeline, schedule, work, life, tasks, notes, and journaling. I love its customization and tailoring to my personal workflow. Notion is easier to use with its less complicated interface, which is why my team switched from ClickUp. I appreciate that I can tailor the pages, organization, databases, and tables according to how my mind processes information. It's cloud-based, so I can access it from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize everything by keeping it categorized the way my mind works. It’s accessible from anywhere, customizable to my workflow, and easier to use with less complicated interfaces compared to ClickUp.
Centralized Hub with Intuitive UI, Needs Improved GitHub Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for planning, projects, tasks, meeting notes, and automation, and it helps by providing a centralized hub to manage all these areas. I find it so easy to use, and the databases are crucial for my workflow. I particularly appreciate the UI and how intuitive it is, and I love how you can link to other things very easily. The initial setup of Notion was pretty easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the permissions aspects can improve a little - it's gotten much better and we can finer control! I also think a better integration with GitHub (or git providers) would be great for engineering teams. We can't make edits to the synched GitHub database (it's just one way) and it'd be great if we can and those changes would be reflected in GitHub. It would give us more control. I think the hard part is organizing the information architecture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves all my problems by providing a centralized hub that's easy to use. Databases are crucial.
AI-Powered Efficiency Boosts Notion's Appeal
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion AI can help me generate Notion pages just by typing in whatever I need. It's really helpful for organizing so everyone can see. Creating a page, database, and everything could be daunting for a first-time user, especially for our staff, but Notion AI helps us overcome this by allowing us to type in what we need, and it assists us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the mobile app, Android app, there's no home button. It's really annoying. It's a learning curve to understand what other pages of database and everything is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion AI to easily generate pages and organize our work, helping new staff overcome the daunting task of creating databases.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Notion is and how neatly it organizes pages. The AI implementation with transcribing meetings is hands down the best thing. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more organization, folders, groups, anything like such for my pages. I would like to be able to group together pages and create folders of multiple pages regarding subjects like meetings, work notes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves a lot of daily and day-to-day tasks that are mundane, like reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion speeds up the process of pulling data from websites and updating our event tracking in minutes. I really appreciate the organization it provides and how it supports employees. The AI assistant in Notion is incredibly useful as it organizes projects, updates content, and significantly boosts our efficiency. Setting up Notion was also very easy and quick, and I found it simple to learn. I enjoy how you can play with it and expand its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list of items when you click to expand and either make a page, embed videos, etc. there are so many options but some are unclear of what they actually do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to quickly pull data and update event tracking, which saves time. The AI assistant organizes projects and updates content, speeding up our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Notion at an Org wide is keeping all the content in the form of documents under a single roof. I used Notion at my organization where I used to have access to all the material that is needed in my role like collaterals, product content, case studies, training materials etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike any part of the Notion offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me notion helped me find documents that are needed in my day to day job responsibilitites under a single roof without a mush hassle. In word documents, it wa quite a challenge to navigate through multiple documents before finding the right one. On Notion, the possibility of creating Folders, sub folders made it easy to keep a track of required case studies, collaterals when needed.
Easy Editing, Great Organization, and Powerful Search
What do you like best about the product?
Easy editing, writing, organizing the documents. Also very powerful search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing is pain when I have lot of different typography
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced Confluence.
