Flexible and Scalable, but with Stability Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and scalability of Notion. I can create different digital experiences, both in terms of projects and information organization, shaping them the way I want and keeping the business process always moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Notion has some instability in terms of operation. Furthermore, I see that there is room for improvement in terms of automation. Notion could be a bit smarter with some options. The automation process, such as the webhook, is not that simple and this could be improved. It was also a challenge to understand the dynamics and get familiar with using the tool at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for managing digital projects, organizing systems, and generating processes. It helps me solve problems in a scalable way, inventory digital articles, integrate databases, and organize the daily operation of my company.
Updates Break Formulas and Pricing Feels High, Despite Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, free accounts and the fact that there are public and private pages if needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates that break formulas that have been used in the past, the cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the midst of moving away from Notion due to the fact that we can use Confluence or MSFT Lists to do the same thing. We had been using it as a Resource Management Hub.
Convenient Documentation, But Needs Improved Pasting Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its ease of use and straightforward formatting, which makes everything easier for me. I appreciate the document syncing, especially when using it on both my mobile and laptop, and it's easy to access my documents. Sharing and editing documents with the team are features I really benefit from. The use of AI and templates in Notion is something I find valuable as it helps in expanding my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find pasting from other sources into Notion problematic. Users should be allowed to paste in a specific way they choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for document sharing, live editing, and keeping everything in one place. It syncs documents, formats easily, and provides easy access, making teamwork more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
It is absolutely free to create whatever you want, just a blank page that you can transform as necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help me if we could organize all the pages we've ever createad into pastes, kind of like you'd do for google drive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to document protocols at work, and to keep up with tasks in shared projects
Versatile AI-Powered Platform with Room for Skill Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion daily for its AI features to make suggestions to my emails and presentation content based on the context I provide within the Notion page. I like how I'm able to create a whole database with connected pages. My team can expand on different topics by having the pages in Notion to cover different aspects of the customer, their history, as well as the details of the project. Notion appears to be more expansive in capabilities and customizations without appearing too cluttered or complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to build more complex pages, but I lack some of the technical skill required to build them. I only use basic tables and have trouble with connecting the pages with the relations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion's AI to enhance emails and presentations. It helps organize project details, polish raw thoughts, and connect pages for team collaboration.
Highly Customizable, Ideal for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how configurable Notion is and how easy it is to create new features using the formulas. I also appreciate the different views and the fact that we can add multiple pages in multiple team spaces. For instance, we have our ticketing system, and we also have a sales planning Wiki where we store information about our processes, seasonal announcements, instructions, guides, and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the formulas still have some limitations, especially with advanced text manipulation and matching. The capabilities aren't quite there yet compared to a programming language. The automations also need improvement because there are limitations with triggering. Some integrations, like the one we use for Fellow, won't allow passing through information like links to attachments, unlike what Google Sheets might allow. The management capabilities for the Plus plan aren't the best, so we're not really able to set the guardrails that we would like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for proposal building and project management. It helps us set tasks, prioritize, and track task status. It organizes our day-to-day tickets effectively.
Efficient and User-Friendly, Slight Loading Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's interface. It's very user-friendly and all the information is well-organized with proper titles and subtitles, which makes it quite handy for day-to-day work. I find it very efficient to use Notion to search through SOPs and get information quickly, which is important when handling complex queries. Additionally, in my off-shift hours, I also find it useful to go through all that stuff and it's quite efficient when used frequently. The initial setup was quite easy and smooth, especially with the option to log in through Google. I've been using Notion for quite some time now, and it's been very useful for everyone on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Notion sometimes takes quite a while to load on the web browser. That's the only negative point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to efficiently search through SOPs and process knowledge, helping me handle complex queries quickly. It's our first priority for accessing information I'm not aware of, making it an important tool in my work.
