Effortless Organization with Collaborative Power
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion helps me stay organized, and it's super user-friendly. I appreciate being able to access a lot of features quickly without needing to be super technical. I enjoy the backslash feature for easily typing in anything I want. The collaborative space in Notion is great, allowing me to work with others and make things happen. The duplicating feature for templates is something I really love. Also, the initial setup was really easy and straightforward, without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more colors; I think that'd be nice. I think in some ways, it could make things a little unorganized. Like, I like the idea of the blank sheet, but sometimes, I want that consolidated just to one space. I think just, like, some more AI stuff, AI automation would be good. Notion doesn't have a ton of AI built-in features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to stay organized and monitor clients easily. It's user-friendly, quick, and helps with collaboration. I like the backslash feature to access functions quickly and having templates to manage different clients efficiently.

The price point is too expensive for a large company, notably if you have employees not requiring anything but read access.

Efficient Knowledge Base with User-Friendly Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's crisp and easy-to-use interface really helpful. Formatting documents is quite easy, which makes things quicker compared to writing in Word, where you end up spending more time formatting than actually writing. Additionally, the databases in Notion are great, offering a lot of nice use cases like managing a product backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the navigation in Notion app for Mac could be a bit more fluid. Also on Notion Calendar, there's some bugs when blocking calendars. I have already raised this before with support.

Intuitive Notion Boosts Organization with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's nice UX and how easy it is to use, especially for creating pages and organizing my work. It helps me visually organize all my things, and I find the integration with Zapier really useful. It lets me maintain all my notes, meeting notes, and interview notes in one space, which is incredibly convenient. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

Effortless Document Collaboration, Lightning-Fast Editing
What do you like best about the product?
The primary reason I use Notion is because the text editor is really fast and sharp, making it great for both work and personal use. I find the slash commands for adding blocks very good, and I like the integrations with tools that make it easy to pull in sources. The linking feature is great, and the comment feature allows me to maintain a historical record of everyone's feedback, which I think is great. I think many of the UI elements, like checkboxes, are very easy to use. The integrated table and color formatting make everything feel very fast. From an ergonomics perspective, it's the best text editor, allowing me to really focus on the content and move quickly. I like the GitHub integration where I can link GitHub easily by just pasting an issue or PR link, and it shows the number. Also, it is connected to Renewal by, so it uploads my call notes, which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it in the browser, there's often slow load times. The command K sometimes switches to my Chrome search rather than my Notion search. I wish the key binds would be more consistent. Sometimes it's easy to lose documents, and the search doesn't always take me to the exact document I want. It feels like there's a lack of strict idling or something. The notification system is so spammy that I must never use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion enhances collaboration and organization, allowing me to create, edit, and review documents with my team easily. It integrates well with GitHub, making technical work smoother.
