Intuitive Interface with Swift Search Capabilities

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for knowledge management, enterprise search, and team docs. The search feature is great and allows me to find information ASAP. I also like the UI and how intuitive it is, which makes creating pages easy. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI search could use improvement. Sometimes I’d rather just do keyword search as opposed to an AI summary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for knowledge management, quickly searching our knowledge base, and understanding engineering concepts and company policy.

Good Flexibility, Needs Better Automation

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to keep everything in one place with Notion. It helps me review transcripts, past notes, and summaries of previous meetings easily. I also like the flexibility and the ability to make it my own. I can set up spaces that meet specific project needs without having to follow strict templates. The initial setup was easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI recording in Notion doesn't always work automatically. I end up not recording everything for my meetings because it's not automatic, and I have to trigger it manually. So, what I end up doing is using Granola more often than Notion because it's more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything in one place, allowing me to review transcripts, past notes, and summaries of meetings. I enjoy being able to set up spaces that meet specific project needs without following strict templates.

How I Use Notion to Plan, Write, and Publish “Sunday in a Sip.”

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Notion is that I can create a Weekly Editorial Dashboard. This way, I always know what stories are ready for the upcoming issue. I publish a weekly newsletter called "Sunday in a Sip," and it keeps my work, research, and projects organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can be a little confusing. It is really not a project management tool, but you can make it your own. It takes time to create your pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized, and I can track my projects.

Flexible and Powerful Databases

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible and intuitive. The database feature is incredibly powerful, it's definitely the app's biggest strength, and there are many integrations with 3rd party services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app often feels slow and sluggish, especially on pages with a large amount of objects. There's also no way to disable AI features in Notion. If you don't use them, they often get in the way and ruin the overall experiance of using the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as our internal Knowledge Base and database store. Because of Notion's flexibility, it can be adapted to almost any usecase imaginable. It allowed us to replace several other 3rd party tools, and keep all our internal information centralized in one place.

Notion’s Flexibility and Customization Keep Everything Organized in One Place

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and customization. It allows me to organise notes, tasks, projects, and documents all in one place, and I can design the workspace exactly how I want using pages, databases, and templates. This makes it easy to keep everything organised and adapt it to my personal workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow at times, especially when loading large pages or databases. It can also take some time to learn because there are so many customization options, which might feel overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having information spread across multiple apps by bringing notes, tasks, documents, and databases into one platform. This helps keep everything organised in one place. It benefits me by making it easier to manage projects, track tasks, and quickly find information without switching between different tools.

Easy Collaboration and Fast Project Setup That Keeps Teams Accountable

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate and manage projects. I can create projects and epics quickly, and it helps me keep the team accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to be able to use more of a sub-task structure within certain projects or tasks so they’re easier to manage. I’d also like more flexibility in the calendar view for projects and campaigns. Right now, it’s a single view, and I can’t adjust the size of the squares or filter it to show only weekdays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it is serving as the place for all content to live. Anything is i there from projects to content pieces. But I still prefer to use Word for content editing.
