A Versatile Tool for Organizational Mastery
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion extensively for organizing my business and creating various interfaces to manage my schedule efficiently, making it an essential tool for my graphic design endeavors. Its versatility allows me to tailor it to my preferences, ensuring that it functions precisely as I need it to. The AI capabilities within Notion are particularly impressive as they not only aid in editing pages swiftly but also interpret and respond to my instructions accurately, drastically saving time. For instance, it was instrumental in formulating a comprehensive 5-month plan for a client by leveraging existing information stored in Notion, streamlining the task management over the specified period. Although initially there was a learning curve due to Notion's extensive features, once I acclimated over the course of a week, it became much more accessible and valuable. The enterprise limited plan has proven to be outstanding for my specific needs. I am so satisfied with Notion's offerings that I am certain I will remain a loyal user and highly recommend it with a perfect rating of 10 for its overall contribution to my business productivity.

Effortless Organization with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's capability to create subpages within a document, which allows me to intricately organize our documentation by connecting related information effectively. This feature enables me to utilize a single document page as the main hub for organizing other documents. I love having numerous elements to add, enhancing the functionality related to tracking specifications, which is crucial for our projects. Additionally, the ease of sharing and integration with other tools, such as those we use for communication and project management, is extremely beneficial. Exploring Notion's AI has been fascinating as it aids in the integration with our existing tools, allowing seamless data transfer and migration into a Notion document. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, facilitating quick organization of workspaces and creation of subcategories for documentation. These features contribute significantly to our rapid delivery and development process, making Notion an invaluable tool for our team's documentation and organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some limitations to the formatting in Notion, particularly with bullet numbering. When I write a document and use bullet numbering for process flows like step one, step two, I encounter restrictions. There's an issue with stopping and restarting numbering, especially when adding different elements. This limitation has caused some nuisance, and although I've encountered it multiple times, I can't recall all the specific details off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize business reviews, document evolving specs, and manage process flows efficiently, supporting our rapid delivery and development efforts.
All-in-One Organizer That Keeps Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to keep all the things that I need in my head, somewhere. It allows me to create pages, calendars, databases, and list so that I don't forget about these things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more pretty defined widgets to use instead of having to go to a marketplace or purchased them from somewhere else. I have ADHD so focused widgets on that would be very helpful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to put everything
Flexible Note-Taking with Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of note-taking capabilities, lots of variety of what can be done based on what the user needs. Notion is a great all-in-one tool for productivity, whether it be for personal or work use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is intuitive and it can take time to learn how to build out Notion for complex use-cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one hub for my long term and short term tasks, good place for project management, and overall knowledge hub (company wiki, personal notes wiki).
Unified Workspace That Adapts to Your Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion most valuable for its unified workspace that integrates documents, databases, and task management in one environment. It supports flexible structuring of information, so I can design pages that match the way I think rather than conforming to a fixed template. The database features are particularly useful because they allow sorting, filtering, and linking across projects, which helps maintain consistency and reduces redundant work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main limitation is performance when working with large databases or nested pages. Pages can load slowly, which disrupts workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps consolidate multiple workflows into one place. Before using it, my notes, tasks, and project materials were scattered across different tools, which made it difficult to maintain a coherent structure. Notion reduces this fragmentation by allowing documents, databases, and schedules to coexist in a single system. This improves traceability of ideas, speeds up retrieval of information, and supports long term planning. The ability to link pages and create database views also makes it easier to monitor progress across projects and maintain consistent records. Overall, it increases efficiency by reducing time spent switching between tools and searching for past work.
Flexible Organization with Notion, But Manual Updates Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion gives me a single, structured space to organize tasks, documents and workflows. The flexibility to customize pages, templates and databases makes tracking work much easier and more transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion offers a great deal of flexibility, but this also means it demands regular maintenance. When requests arrive through chat or various other channels, it can be difficult to keep every item updated by hand. Without automation, documentation can quickly fall out of sync with the actual progress of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize and track my work in one place. It centralizes tasks, analysis requests, and documentation, making it easier to manage workload and maintain visibility
Simplified Organization with Notion, But Requires Integrative Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its simplicity, as its minimalist design makes it easy to use and organize tasks. I highly value Notion's artificial intelligence agent, which I find impressive and very functional. Additionally, Notion's format is easy to share and communicate with others, which is essential for effective collaboration in a work environment like the one I have in my marketing and artificial intelligence agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be useful to have multiple AI agents in Notion, as well as the ability to schedule tasks with those agents. The file upload compatibility could improve, as it is somewhat limited. I would also like to integrate more platforms and tools with Notion, thus providing greater versatility. Lastly, the issue with formulas is somewhat problematic; if it were simpler, Notion could easily be used for accounting, but its current complexity makes it difficult to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to improve organization by having everything centralized and structured in my agency, even helping with development as an extra member of the team.
Centralized Collaboration Made Easy with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is a central place where team members can collaborate and maintain documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to our previous took, Confluence, Notion leaves alot to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us to create and maintain documentation across several teams. It is nice that anyone can add or edit documentation at any time so that the task doesn't need to be owned by any one team member.

I find its minimalistic design particularly appealing, especially when using features like the calendar app for scheduling meetings and managing my daily planning. The clean and basic features of the calendar app simplify my scheduling process, making it an efficient tool for organizing my day. Additionally, the journaling templates are fantastic—they include all the necessary questions and offer a professional, hassle-free journaling experience due to their clean and minimalistic layout. This combination of clean design and functionality greatly enhances my productivity and organization, making my experience with Notion truly enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that as a beginner, Notion can be confusing and difficult to use. There is a noticeable learning curve when starting with the platform, which could be challenging for those unfamiliar with similar tools. While the experience becomes more seamless after some time, the initial setup and navigation may prove daunting for newcomers.
