What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of piecing together Notion elements and features into a system for start-ups and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
For certain business objectives, I found it challenging to imagine the Notion structure and flow to accomplish it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a number of problems Notion is solving for me: 1. Idea and knowledge capture allow me to consolidate my thoughts into an area to be organized later; 2 Notion Meetings frees me from note-taking and allows me to be more present in meetings, 3. Notion AI writing assistant helps me compose documents in areas of weakness, such as marketing and pitch-decks; and 4 Project management helps me delegate tasks more effectively with guest-clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can use the AI tool in Notion to create tasks for me and tag them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still pretty new to Notion, so still getting up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everyone on the same page with task priorities and create tasks easily with the AI tool.

Love the AI meeting tool as it is the best transcprition tool I have used

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's design and functionalities. I find it easy to use and love the no-code aspect, which makes managing tasks and projects straightforward. It helps me a lot in knowledge and project management, and the AI features are valuable too. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, which I find quite convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion has an AI research assistant built into the tool, which allows me to do all my research in one place. It's handy because I use tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and Notion AI gives me another perspective. It helps me achieve my goals faster by identifying gaps in my knowledge that I didn't know I had. The initial setup of Notion was also very easy.

I use Notion for organizing everyday tasks and planning group activities. It helps me with brainstorming, structuring, and planning out tasks, covering all aspects efficiently.
Easy Navigation, Powerful Knowledge Hub with Integrations and AI Chat
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy the navigation is, how well it works as a knowledge hub, and the available integrations. I also appreciate the AI chat feature, which our team can use to search through our knowledge hub quickly and find the information we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t the best option for project management, so we mainly use it for its knowledge hub features, documentation, and the AI chat assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaces Google Drive/Docs as our knowledge base, which has made onboarding, training, and decision-making much easier for us.
A Central Hub That Keeps Our Team Aligned

Serves as a central hub for our team to communicate and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not 100% intuitive, as someone coming from GDrive.

We need a central place for our team to store documents and understand the state of the business. Notion enables that.
Great for Note-Taking, But a Bit Complex
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion takes very detailed notes and is able to determine what's important, allowing me to focus on class without worrying about typing and spelling. I appreciate the note-taking feature the most. It also seems like a good place to organize and keep everything together for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion too complicated. It feels like you have to be a computer programmer or something to use it. No one's gonna use it unless they know how to use it.

Notion lets me take detailed notes and focus in class by determining what's important and reducing the focus on typing and spelling.

It’s missing some features I’m used to from Obsidian, such as the graph view.
