What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is simple and easy to use, which makes finding data a breeze. I enjoy using it to prepare for customer calls and respond to emails based on the comprehensive data stored in the platform, which enhances my efficiency significantly. The initial setup was straightforward, allowing me to get started with minimal hassle. I find the platform's versatility valuable, as it allows me to manage schedule calendars, look up data, capture sales knowledge, take notes during meetings, and track tasks seamlessly. Notion's ability to support multiple functions in one place simplifies my workflow, making it a highly recommended tool for anyone looking to boost their productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration between Notion and other tools such as Google Calendar and Gmail lacking. It is challenging to connect these platforms to effectively add or block time for preparation or completion of tasks, which would greatly enhance my workflow. Additionally, there is a need for better data synchronization between Notion and these external tools to ensure seamless transitions and updates across all platforms I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to efficiently schedule calendar events, track tasks, and quickly find sales knowledge. It helps me prepare for calls using stored data and is simple to set up and use.

This ease of use is a significant advantage, particularly when working in a fast-paced environment where quick access to information is crucial.

Unmatched Flexibility—All-in-One Solution for Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the platform, you can build anything, notes, tasks, databases, project management. You can create what fits you. It has replaced many of our tools at the business I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I would say is there is a lot to learn when you first get started in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big problem it solves is keeping information all in one place. So instead of using multiple tools Notion became our knowledge base, documentation hub, task manager, project tracker, team dashboard and much more.

Sharing information among team members is straightforward, and the platform is intuitive enough to use across different functions. We can assign tasks to specific users and create as many supporting documents as necessary. By keeping all our documents centralized in one place, Notion helps us prevent confusion and ensures that nothing gets lost.
Versatile Virtual PA with Seamless AI and Customization

I love using Notion for its versatile capabilities in handling almost everything from writing, project management, and project research to scheduling and calendar management. It feels like my virtual personal assistant, allowing me to search and find answers within my databases without needing to switch to other applications like Google, which significantly reduces context switching and saves time. I am particularly fond of the way Notion looks and how user-friendly it is. The AI feature is another aspect I enjoy, as it acts as my assistant within Notion, making it accessible to add cards to databases, summarize information, and write meeting notes, serving as a huge time saver. I appreciate how controllable and customizable Notion is, enabling me to build systems that are malleable and bespoke to my needs and those of my clients. From 2018 to now, I have grown with the product, and its setup has become much easier, allowing me to quickly set up a clean system with multiple databases. Ultimate All-in-One Workspace for Work and Study
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is its incredible flexibility as an all-in-one workspace.
It's not just one tool; it's a set of building blocks (like text, databases, calendars, and code) that lets you create a single, custom hub for everything.
For Job: I can manage complex projects, create a team wiki, track tasks, and take meeting notes—all in one place.
For Study: I can build a "second brain" to take class notes, organize your research, track your assignments on a calendar, and plan your thesis.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Native Charts: The built-in charts (bar, line, donut) are very basic. They lack the advanced customization that tools like Excel or Google Sheets have had for decades.
Clunky Workflow: You can't edit data directly from the chart view; you have to go back to the database.
Slow & Limited: Charts based on complex databases (with many relations or rollups) can be extremely slow to load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented tools and scattered information. How Notion Solves It: Notion's core feature is Databases with Multiple Views. You enter your tasks once into a master database, and you can instantly look at that same data as a:
Kanban Board (to see task status)
Calendar (to see due dates)
Timeline / Gantt Chart (to see project duration and dependencies)
Table (to see all data in a "spreadsheet" view)
List (for a simple, clean view)
