I love Notion for its ease of use and flexibility, which makes managing company data an effortless task. The platform keeps our company information easily organized, allowing for more efficient data management. I am particularly pleased with the embed features and Notion AI, which significantly enhance the platform’s utility and functionality. The initial setup was dead simple, demonstrating how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is from the very start. I find the lack of direct API calls to be a limitation. Integrating API calls would enhance its capability by allowing data from AI agents to be automatically created in specific pages within Notion. This would significantly streamline workflows and enhance the functionality of our dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a cloud based work space for our business that helps us in storing all of our business data through tables and advance Excel sheets. This platform helps us in accessing our old data of different departments just in few minutes from wherever and whenever we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform gives best experience whenever we access it online. The offline flexibility of notion is not that good, this software is slow whenever we try to load large PDF pages. Also, I feel that the security of cloud storage is not that strong as compared to Google work space.

The software helps us in reducing communication and mis-confusion as all the departments can work on a same projected the same time by knowing their niche part of the project. We are also able to track the progress of current task that has been assign to us and know the percentage of its progress.

I appreciate the flexibility this offers, allowing me to create a wide variety of things. The databases are especially helpful, as they support whatever I want to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many issues, just a few minor things such as centering text within tables. In the future, I would like to have more options for working with databases, such as the ability to join them in a way similar to SQL tables.
