What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for a year as an integral part of our company to handle learning, training, knowledge sharing, and data storage efficiently. I appreciate its capability to consolidate all critical information in one location, which is easy to access, edit, and navigate, greatly simplifying our workflow. I like the simplicity and power it offers, enabling me to set up new pages with ease, incorporating various forms and data seamlessly. Additionally, the platform shines in its collaborative features, allowing multiple colleagues to work together effortlessly. I've also begun exploring Notion AI, which holds great potential even though I'm still learning to harness its capabilities. Finally, our adoption of Notion from the start has been a positive experience, and I've grown to love it more over time.

I think it could be easier to connect with support; when I was just starting, I felt like I had to jump through many hoops to get help having someone explain just the basics to me. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was challenging for someone with no prior experience.

I use Notion to simplify and organize my life, streamline workflows, and plan efficient business operations. It helps me keep content organized and supports creating future SOPs for clear guidance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion centralizes all my scattered knowledge across various platforms, making it accessible and searchable, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. The ease of use and the intuitive nature powered by Notion AI is incredible, eliminating the learning curve completely and letting me get started right away. The ability to arrange and organize my thoughts, whether for business, personal, or learning purposes, is seamless, and I'm amazed at how I can transform Notion into an efficient life-organizing and money-making app. I love that Notion AI allowed me to transfer years of data into Notion in less than 48 hours, and it also enables me to write a 200-page book swiftly, which would have taken me much longer otherwise. Additionally, the ease of creating, organizing, and searching data facilitates my work process significantly. Notion's voice recording setup is particularly impressive, offering easy recording, transcription, and quality summary extraction, which is a valuable feature that enhances my productivity.

It's a fantastic database tool that simplifies the archiving and retrieval of crucial documents and evergreen materials. The search function of Notion works exceptionally well, making it easy to find documents by remembering the title or specific words within the document. This capability transforms Notion into a reliable reference tool, especially beneficial when immediate access to information is necessary to resolve issues. The ability to share information with others seamlessly while working collaboratively to refine the stored data enhances its utility significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it clunky to start and duplicate pages in Notion. It's also difficult to navigate and not intuitive, especially when creating new pages. While I can navigate existing pages more easily, I still struggle with setting up new ones.

I use Notion for knowledge management, making it easy to access, share, and reference information. It helps us problem-solve and refine information collaboratively. Notion's search function is excellent for quickly finding necessary documents, enhancing our efficiency while working in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
I am highly impressed with Notion, particularly due to its robust AI features that significantly enhance efficiency. The AI’s ability to analyze nutritional components, like calories and macronutrients, just from mentioning what I ate, exemplifies its convenience. The AI further acts as an assistant in project consulting by helping me clarify my thoughts, develop actionable plans, and pinpoint crucial details at every step, which streamlines my workflow. I also find Notion easier to use than Google Sheets, with a better user experience, especially with the ability to link different tables and have unlimited nesting options. Transitioning to Notion from Google Sheets has been a positive move for my projects, further enriched by how easy it was to initially set up. Overall, these features contribute to a seamless and productive experience, making Notion an indispensable tool in my daily activities. I would confidently rank it as a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.

I think we could add some MCP so that Notion AI can orchestrate more tools to help me get things done, such as automatically opening a browser to complete certain tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely flexible. You can customize it for your unique needs. It is the best way I have found to stay on top of my endless to do list. I use the web version at work, but can access notion on my phone anytime so it is always with me.

Endless possibilities make it hard to choose. I have been using the AI assistant but haven't been able to create the template of my dreams yet.

I think the customization options are cute, and I also appreciate that it can organize my jumbled mess of notes into something that looks aesthetically pleasing.

I am against AI as a concept, and I struggle with the fact that it's strongly recommended (if not required) to be used for my job.

It's cutting down on the amount of time I spend sifting through my company's notes, and it's also cutting down on the time it takes me to draft emails. Plus, it's a visually appealing note taking platform.

Some formatting limitations are frustrating and restrictive in Notion. The inability to embed spreadsheets from Google Sheets directly is inconvenient as it necessitates copying and pasting data into Notion tables.
