All-in-One Flexibility with a Clean, Customizable Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the all-in-one flexibility. It replaces multiple tools by combining notes, databases, and project management in a single workspace. The clean UI and the ability to customize pages with linked databases make it incredibly powerful for staying organized within my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app performance can sometimes feel a bit sluggish compared to the desktop version, especially when loading large databases with many properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of information siloed across different apps. By centralizing our documentation and task tracking, it has significantly improved our team's transparency and collaboration. It benefits me by saving time. I no longer have to hunt through emails or MS Teams to find specific project details.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion is super customizable, allowing me to create a space tailored to my liking. The addition of AI makes it super easy to literally build out anything. As a content creator, I find it super valuable for tracking all my content. I also appreciate being able to create custom dashboards for clients. The AI feature is a huge help in summarizing, ordering, and building out things much faster than usual. Notion's initial setup was extremely easy, and with just a couple of YouTube videos and templates, I could immediately start creating spaces. I absolutely love Notion.

Centralized Info Hub, Needs Mobile Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion acts as a central hub for my team, offering a consolidated source of information so my whole team can find the same info in one place. It's especially beneficial for our CX team that helps with guest services, as they are not local to the cities we operate in. Having a 'cheat sheet' of info that everyone can utilize is very key for the success of our business and helps guests in a quick and efficient manner. Notion is also user-friendly, allowing my CX team to quickly access accurate information and support guests more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is great however it can be slow on mobile and sometimes difficult to quickly search for certain items needed when our ground ops team is out in market handling day-to-day tasks. I wish the app was faster and more responsive - it is also limited in tools from the mobile. Many people are working from their devices these days and it's only right to be able to utilize it the same way you can from the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes building information for my team, making it a hub so we don't have to look in many places. It's easy for the whole team to access info quickly, supporting guests efficiently, especially our non-local CX team.
Organizational Powerhouse with a Complex UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its organization features, which help me manage work and projects effectively. It aids me in handling timelines, workflow, and task delegation while providing a clear view of the big picture and approvals. I also find the forms valuable as a marketing manager overseeing different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be really confusing at times. There's certain views that I cannot understand and find difficult, like templates and sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for timelines, workflow, delegating tasks, seeing the big picture, and approvals.
Customizable, Clean Interface with Minor Export Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is so customizable and has a much cleaner interface than many other systems I've tried, even simple notes apps. It's nice, neat, and tidy, and allows you to make it anything you wanna make. I like that you can export projects in a visually appealing manner and publish them to the web. The tagging function is great, and I really appreciate the ability to create databases I actually use, even for simple tasks like grocery shopping. Working with the AI assistant to craft a way to check and uncheck what I need is a fantastic feature I didn't find on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would really like to be able to just print the notebooks that I have on Notion for ease of communicating, like household project management and things like that. It's not as print-friendly unless I'm really trying manually to configure it. The export is sometimes wonky and just takes some extra time to make it into something that's more digestible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for household management, business content creation, and creative projects. Its AI assistant saves time configuring projects without endless tutorials. I enjoy its customization, clean interface, and love creating navigable databases. It's great for my note-taking and project exports.
