Versatile and User-Friendly Tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and intuitive Notion is to use. There are no overcomplications in creating pages or tables; everything just comes naturally. The user experience is really good, making it easy to figure out how to do things. I also appreciate its versatility, as I can use various features to create a CRM, a web page, a task planner, or even a template for my team. Customizing it for our specific use case is straightforward. Additionally, setting it up was really easy for me. I just got an email and started using it instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to be able to use my preferred Gen AI tool with Notion. For example, I would like to start using Claude within Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion brings different tools in one place, like our CRM and memos. It's a single solution for task management, knowledge sharing, and tracking everything, making it super helpful for our team.
Versatile Tool with Streamlined AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like and leverage Notion's AI feature since it allows me to start a new page with almost zero effort. It has saved me a lot of time by coming up with the best practices for document design. I found the AI tool super fast and easy to understand. I'm pretty new to the company, and Notion helps me learn what was already discussed before because it keeps all the information in one place. The initial setup was very easy for me since I'm familiar with the tool, and it's just another SAAS and desktop tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I didn't find it, but I'd like an option to ask, like Claude Code, which has the option to toggle between chat and agent. Honestly, I'm not sure if it already exists, but integration with Datadog would be great. I also use Onyx to build my team's assistant, and I found it pretty complex to define which page to expose in both Onyx and Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for documentation, enhancing observability and transparency in management and tasks. It helps build new processes, and the AI feature saves time by designing documents with best practices.
Clean, Modern, and User-Friendly for Travel Plans and To-Do Lists
What do you like best about the product?
It’s clean, aesthetic, functional, and modern. It genuinely helps me keep track of my travel plans as well as my personal to-do lists, all within a compact, user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many limitations in the free plan. Sadly, adding yet another subscription-based plan doesn’t align with my financial goals for this year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flexible and Feature-Rich, Needs Better Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as my personal assistant and manager. It helps me take notes and organize them, making them accessible across all my devices through the cloud. I appreciate its versatility as a life management and scheduling tool, not just for me but for my entire team. I really like the personalization it offers; it's like a simple database with endless add-ons, allowing unlimited possibilities. I love how I can start with a basic page and then add images, tables, and even follow templates to simplify things. For example, I can use a template for study management, make changes, and start using it daily. It's perfect for creating a multi-dimensional database or spreadsheet that can be managed by many people as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion could use a better introduction to its deep features to help new users get better at using them. Some of the deeper tools, like spreadsheet functions and hard-coded functions, are hard to grasp. Although Notion offers endless possibilities, it lacks the simplicity and interconnectedness that tools like Obsidian have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my personal assistant and manager. It helps me take notes, manage knowledge, and schedule tasks across devices. It's a versatile tool for both personal and team management, like managing finance records or study notes.
Excellent UI/UX and a Truly Helpful AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
First I think the UI and UX of the entire app is excelent. I think its easy to use, it looks good. I love it. Also i started to use the AI assistant and its really good. It has made my life easier when drafting docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure if you already have it, but I would think of having the possibility of tailoring notifications, turning off some.
Also if it could be possible that if you see the moment already, the notification should dissappear even if you didnt open it from the notification section. Sometimes I open them from my email directly.
Another thing, it allows me to open the same time multiple times in different tabs, I dont think its the best solution. I would think of taking the user to the open tab
