Can be complex sometimes and makes things look overbusy.

Notion is very useful to put ideas on the fly in a brainstorming fashion to be revisited and structured later.
AI Writing tools
What do you like best about the product?
It’s an exceptional tool for helping to organise all my notes from all different aspects of my working and personal life. I am able to store and organise them into different sections, use databases to keep them organised and the AI writing tools help me to refine and develop those notes into better detail.
As a teacher I can take any of my notes and quickly reword or format them for different reading ages. I can supply the AI tool with key terms and it can elaborate on them or present them in simpler and easy to understand materials.
Whilst studying for my degree it also helped me to plan essays and improve my writing techniques through suggestions.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that I could then export my notes directly into Word or PowerPoint formats.

Keeping my notes organised. Helping me search my knowledge base of notes. Helping me to format and improve my note taking to help revision. Helping to reformat work for my working as a teacher.

Using Notion isn't straightforward at first, but once you take the time to learn it, Notion becomes a comprehensive tool that is highly useful for a variety of purposes and offers a high level of functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the highly optimised digital notebook which also works like a To-do list for our organisation. We mostly align our upcoming goals and projects with priorities on its dashboard by attaching the links and photos related to all these events for better business planning and execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface of notion is little bit complex and there are range of features that helps us in aligning our projects properly and for understanding the usability of each and every feature new users will need a proper and systematic training so that they can understand this software properly but there is no training available online neither they provides it which is the worst part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us notion works like a workspace for all of our employees where they can give inputs regarding upcoming events and projects and also channelise the dates related to them with priorities. This is a tool that has some of AI based assistants and templates for creating tables and graphs which saves a lot of time.

Easy of use. Has become the standard for internal knowledge sharing and it also integrates well with other systems we use.

Table formatting. It is poorly implemented. Basic things like changing a cell background colour or special formatting of text.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion due to its ability to combine all necessary tools like notes, tables, calendars, and creative images in one place. The aesthetic and organizational focus of Notion is something I personally adore, and it has greatly enhanced my experience both personally and professionally. The process of creating new assets within Notion's pages is effortless, making it feel like building a whole universe inside my work environment. Additionally, the AI feature is incredibly helpful, saving me a significant amount of time on day-to-day tasks and making my work much easier. The initial setup of Notion was super easy, and I would highly recommend it to others, giving it a rating of 10 out of 10 for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like if there could be more freedom for images. For example, a feature where it works as in a moodboard and you can just throw things in there like a chalkboard.

It can be a little tricky for new comers to understand and occasionally mistakes can be made and go unnoticed, like dragging and dropping elements by accident.

AI features allow me to edit my articles directly within Notion, such as translating and organizing tables, without needing to copy the content into ChatGPT.You can share and create pages without any restrictions.

Notion has a steep learning curve at the start, which requires investing time in setup and training. Performance can slow down when handling very large databases, and offline functionality is limited. Google Docs is simple and more convenient if you are a beginner user.
