From Steep Start to CRM Champion - 10/10 for Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion as it has significantly benefitted my work for over two years. Initially, setting it up was somewhat challenging, but now I really appreciate the platform. I find great value in its ability to connect various aspects of my work without needing to integrate other apps. I particularly rely on the CRM features of Notion; they are essential to me because they allow extensive utilization of my keyword for almost every function, making my workflow smoother. Notion’s comprehensive capabilities have streamlined my tasks, and its utility is something I appreciate so much that I would easily rate my likelihood to recommend it to others as a solid 10 out of 10. Overall, I really like Notion and find it immensely helpful for my needs.

Great Automation and Easy Navigation, But Notion Has Its Downsides
What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers some cool automation and database functionality, as well as our knowledge hub that is easy for reps to navigate and find information in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can get a bit messy, which is more-so an internal management issue, so the collection of pages that everyone is creating can cause some issues the longer its used. Without any automated checks/balances, or fact-checking on new information put into it via AI, it becomes a large database of incorrect/old information unless somebody is constantly managing to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion exists as our internal database tool, housing everything from internal policies and office information, to deep database storage of account information that AEs use to manage their books. Having that internal database of a bunch of information is super helpful to call into when looking for certain things like a Rules of Engagement document.
Notion: Essential for Daily Task Management

I have been using Notion for five years, and it has consistently met my needs to the extent that I've never had any reason to consider other vendors. I appreciate that Notion continues to iterate and evolve, keeping my experience fresh and relevant. Notion has been instrumental in helping me manage my day-to-day tasks efficiently. The features I find particularly beneficial include the task manager, project management tools, AI writing assistant, and video recording and transcription capabilities. These functionalities significantly enhance my productivity and streamline various aspects of my workflow. Moreover, Notion AI stands out as a compelling reason for me to repurchase or continue using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to become accustomed to Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage my day-to-day tasks effectively with features like task management, project management, and AI writing assistant.
Highly Customizable and Fast-Evolving, But Requires Some Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I like how modular it is so it can be tailored to anyone's needs. I also like how often and quickly they upgrade to compete with the rest that's on the market
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing, when connecting linked views etc., it does have a bit more of a learning curve for the ones that want to use it to the maximum
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managing needs, sorting through information and classifying or summarizing it, keeping everything relevant neat and tidy in one place. Especially agents doing a lot on our behalf.
Notion: A Single-Person Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its ability to tailor a structure that perfectly fits my business needs as a photographer, allowing me to exercise creativity in both my art and business management. The templates available in Notion's marketplace, such as one specifically for photographers, made my setup process straightforward and enjoyable. I appreciate having the option to start with existing templates or to begin from scratch, both of which I’ve found intuitive and easy to use as I learn. Notion makes it seamless to scale my business as a solo entrepreneur, keeping me organized, aiding in clear follow-ups, and effectively documenting my outreach. The addition of Notion AI has been a game-changer, allowing me to efficiently send draft emails and improve executive functioning to reach prospective clients more swiftly. Integrating Notion with my Google Calendar and email has streamlined my workflow, making documentation faster and easier. I find that Notion's price for Notion AI is accessible at approximately $20 a month, making it feasible for virtually anyone to leverage this remarkable technology. Lastly, the user-friendly, intuitive interface enhances the overall experience, making it an exceptional choice for someone like me who works independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more creative and visual stuff with Notion. I'd like to see more flexibility when it comes to being creative inside of the Canvases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me scale my single-employee photography business by organizing tasks, documenting outreach, and allowing efficient operations. With Notion AI, I perform the work of five people in a week, making my workflow faster and more efficient while being user-friendly.
Versatile Tool with Great UI, Slight Setup Challenge
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for managing various aspects of my work such as budgeting, salary tracking, and planning trial plans. It was recommended to me as a planner tool, enabling me to organize tasks like a planning book or to-do list and sprint items. Notion is incredibly helpful and manageable, making it easy to handle everyday to-do lists, which really enhances my productivity by effectively listing out things that need to be done by the end of the day. Additionally, I appreciate Notion's dynamic templates and the ability to create and share perfect templates among users, which I find very helpful. The user interface (UI) is also excellent, and the configurable elements make it superior compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the profile setup with Notion a bit challenging. It is not only somewhat difficult but also time-consuming to find the right template with configurable items. Additionally, I think there is room for improvement in the real-time session capabilities when making or editing templates, or handling components and the overall UI. This lack limits personalization, which would otherwise enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion resolves daily task management issues, offering easy-to-manage to-do lists that improve my productivity.
Great for Organizing Files, But Database Feature Is Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can keep all of your important files and resources in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tricky to figure out and I still don't understand the database function even though I have done a lot of trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It houses all of my files and information in one place. I call it my business and life website.
Decent Information Hub with Room for More Features
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about eighteen months primarily at work for capturing information and documenting processes, which I find very convenient as it serves as our main resources and training site. I appreciate that setting it up wasn't required from my end, and making pages and edits is quite easy, which enhances its usability for maintaining organizational knowledge efficiently. I find Notion to be a good place to capture information and write down processes, really serving as a centralized information hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion lacking in interaction and integration capabilities with other platforms, which could enhance its usability and connectivity. Additionally, I feel the absence of team communication features, such as chat functions, makes collaboration harder, limiting connection with other team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a resource and training site to capture information and document processes easily.
Notion's AI Integration is a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion because it helps me capture all of my creative ideas, allowing me to come back to them when the time is right. Managing projects and tasks has become so much easier, and I appreciate the way Notion helps me find patterns, trends, and themes to put everything into full context for a bigger picture. Notion AI is undoubtedly the most incredible feature, as it provides powerful database-driven functionalities that are incredibly useful once you understand how to utilize them. I can easily ask Notion AI for help, which enhances my ability to maximize the platform’s features. This integration goes beyond what I can achieve with other services because of the rich knowledge base it accesses. Overall, Notion’s ability to streamline my organizational and productivity skills makes it indispensable for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the graphic user interface of Notion to be somewhat limiting in terms of customization. I would love to have more power to personalize the interface style to better fit my individual preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to capture creative ideas, enabling me to revisit them later. It helps me identify patterns and trends, putting everything in full context for the bigger picture. It lets me get creative concepts out of my head without worrying if I’ve lost something valuable in a notebook. I can push it right into one of my projects that will ensure it’s on my review schedule. It’s also helping me to build out my own custom project/task management in a way that works for me. The solutions I’ve used in the past were rigid, or challenging to customize.
All-in-One Workspace: Flexible, Collaborative, and Time-Saving
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion unifies wiki, docs, tasks, and relational databases in one flexible workspace. Relations/rollups and multiple views (table/board/calendar/timeline) let me build systems without code, and templates save time. Collaboration via comments and @mentions is smooth, the API with Zapier/Make enables automation, and Notion AI helps with fast summarization and drafting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can slow down with very large databases and complex filters, and offline support—especially on mobile—is limited. Export isn’t perfect (preserving formulas/relations is tricky), advanced permissions require careful setup, Arabic/RTL support is incomplete, and some advanced project-management needs still require workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves fragmented knowledge and task management across too many tools. I consolidated our company wiki, onboarding templates, CRM, content calendar, and creative asset library in one relational database. Relations/rollups auto-build campaign dashboards and approval flows, while Notion AI speeds up meeting notes and summaries. With the API + Zapier/Make, I create tasks from forms and sync with Slack/Drive. Result: a single source of truth, higher transparency, faster delivery, and data-driven decisions.
