What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best tool I've used for knowledge management. Its design is sleek, intuitive, and modern, making it especially appealing for employees and new joiners. I use it every day and often encourage others to try it, as the improvements in productivity and efficiency, along with its fun atmosphere, are truly impressive. I also really appreciate the new AI assistant, which helps automate database creation and answers questions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that in some of the boxing features, movement is restricted to only certain directions. Additionally, the databases are so lengthy that it's easy to miss something when scrolling sideways. I would prefer if it were simpler to create tasks directly within the databases to help break down the data, rather than having to use a separate task tracker that then connects to the project tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps bring our team together by providing visibility into project tracking and making it easier to keep our knowledge organised and current. I also appreciate the new verification feature for the pages, which adds an extra layer of reliability.
Centralized Documentation, But Navigation Needs Improvement

It's the source of truth for org level docs

Difficult to go directly to doc I need so it takes me longer to find info.

we need a way to share and comment on documentation for our codebase (that is not in github)

All-in-One Organization with Powerful AI, Minor Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion brings everything together in a single, organized space. Whether I need to review product information or search for client testimonials, Notion keeps it all neatly stored and easily accessible. I also really like the AI feature, which allows me to quickly ask where something is. It searches across all of my organization's pages to provide the answer, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike about Notion. The only issue I encountered was with ease of use at the start. However, I think that was more due to my own inexperience and needing to take the time to fully explore its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been very helpful in addressing my needs. I frequently rely on the AI chatbot to improve the messages I send out. Moreover, it organizes all of the organization's knowledge, so whenever I need to find something, I can do so quickly. This not only saves me time but also makes my work much more efficient.
Intuitive and Essential for Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about five years, and I find it to be a very valuable tool for my work. The setup was incredibly easy, as everything was already configured by the company. The intuitive user interface makes it simple to navigate, allowing me to get the most out of the platform effortlessly. I particularly appreciate the AI capabilities in tracking voice calls, which helps me manage numerous calls by providing feedback and notes post-call. This feature is very useful and simplifies my workload significantly. Additionally, Notion serves as an excellent resource for storing and accessing all internal employee and company documents, keeping everything organized in one place. I am a loyal user of Notion, having never switched from it, and I genuinely believe that every company should incorporate Notion into their operations. I am highly satisfied with the product, as there is nothing I would change about it. This satisfaction is reflected in my readiness to recommend it to others, to the extent of giving it a recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

I use Notion to efficiently track and manage difficult voice calls using AI, which simplifies capturing feedback and notes. It also helps in saving internal documents, making collaboration seamless.

sometimes it feels like a blackhole of information and can feel a bit overwhelming

Being a fully remote company, we need everything documented, Notion is that place to store all the company info.

It's a simple (in a good way) knowledge hub that's easy to use, search and utilize.

Some of the interactions are fiddly due to drop-downs.

I've found it to be incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, especially in setting up my own pages within the platform. The design is straightforward, making navigation easy and allowing me to focus on using my time more effectively. Its customization options are extensive, letting me either keep things simple or build them out depending on my needs, which I find particularly important. Collaboration within the team is seamless since everyone can view the shared content, enhancing our teamwork. Overall, the ease of use is a standout feature for me, along with the robust customization capabilities.

Intuitive and Stylish, But Needs More Calendar Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Doing basic organization is quite intuitive and overall everything has a very clean and aesthetically pleasing look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customizability in terms of design, specifically related to the calendar features.

It provides an easy to use space for myself and my teammates to record meeting notes and store documents. Creating custom workspaces allows us to keep everything more organized specifically for our needs.
