What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion’s remarkable flexibility, as it lets me incorporate almost any kind of content, whether it’s code snippets, formulas, or even comprehensive wiki-style documentation. I’m also impressed by the steady introduction of new AI-powered features, which have made note-taking and managing information even more efficient for me—from automatic meeting summaries to customizable intelligent agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see better integration with some Microsoft applications, such as Outlook and Teams, and further improvements to the mobile app, which still feels less smooth and feature-rich compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Notion, it was difficult to organize and connect my work notes in a consistent way. Now I have a single, centralized knowledge base that’s always up to date, easy to navigate, and fully interconnected — a true reference hub for managing projects, documentation, and ideas in a structured and collaborative way.
Handy Meeting Notes & Summaries, But Takes Time to Learn

Note taking in meeting function is super handy. I enjoy the transcript option and summary of meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to wrap your head around all the different features and functions when you first use it.

Notion is great for taking a transcript of meeting notes and then summarising. I find it handy to refresh my memory when specific instructions are given during a meeting. No more pen and paper!
Useful for Writing, but Lacks Multimedia Features

I appreciate that Notion helps me with my writing tasks. It has a wide range of capabilities, making it a valuable tool for drafting and managing written content. I find it beneficial that I can take articles generated in Notion and easily transfer them into Word documents or HTML documents without any issues. This functionality supports my workflow in a seamless manner. Notion’s ability to aid in writing and help me fact-check articles is significant, showcasing its strength in handling the writing related processes.

I find setting up Notion to be a bit difficult because it seems to have more functions than what I need for an AI interface. The pricing for Notion is quite high, especially considering that it does not support video and image generation, which are important for my writing. I feel that Notion is missing the ability to create videos and images, which is a crucial feature for my documentation and writing tasks."}

There are features like putting things in a order, tracking them efficiently or scheduling them. Overall it helps in organising things in a better way. Also the customization part is too good, you can customize things according to you.

So many features to use and so much of functionality, I think that wastes a bit of time or makes things a bit complex.

It provides a single, centralized workspace for notes, tasks, and databases. It addresses inefficient workflows by allowing users to build custom, interconnected systems for project management, risk assessment, and content creation, rather than using multiple, disconnected tools.

I like how easy it is to use and keep everything organised. It's been super helpful with keeping track of everything, especially with linking to other Notion docs that have been created.

If I had to pick something, I would like a bit more freedom with formating/layout

We have a lot of information in many places, so Notion has been great for me to centralise my knowledge and keep all of my information in one place (whether written or linked) and keeping everything organised.
