We also got a lot of support from the Notion team initially, which helped guide us through things we were stuck on.

Flexible Tool with Very Helpful AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and very helpful AI integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited use of fields and structure in a database doesn't allow users to present information in the best way to users with differing roles the way Coda allows structuring the data in multiple views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my all-in-one for business management, project management, knowledge, and activities.
Versatile Tool with Multilingual Transcription Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for meeting note transcription because it has a convenient interface. I love that Notion's AI allows me to record meetings, transcribe, and summarize with ease. It's fantastic in handling multiple languages and does a great job at translating, which is crucial for my international team. I can tell Notion the dominant language in our multilingual meetings, and it catches everything well, unlike other tools. I appreciate that it allows me to add personal notes to improve transcription quality. This feature lets me feed it important keywords while focusing on the conversation, and the summary combines my information with transcription reliably. It's very flexible, and I enjoy the abundance of community content that helps me explore new tools and ways of solving problems. Additionally, I love that I can record without needing some creepy AI bot in my Teams meeting, making it easier to get consent without feeling like there's another being attending. I find Notion to be robust and fully featured.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still having a hard time understanding the structure of a lot of things. For example, how do I store my Meeting Notes in a 'folder' so that all meeting notes related to Client A are separated from the notes related to Client B. If the feature exists, I haven't figured it out. The downside to Notion's flexibility is that sometimes I like having guardrails to guide me. There are so many options under the hood and sometimes I'm just overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI helps me transcribe and summarize meetings with accuracy in multiple languages, enhancing my focus. It combines my notes with transcriptions for trusted summaries, addressing challenges with international team communication. Convenient for recording without invasive technology.

It's amazing that Notion lets me keep track of my progress easily.

Sometimes when you go into a Zoom call that you might wanna record and it stops recording and then you can't find the button to reinitiate, resulting in losing fifteen minutes of pertinent information.

Notion: An All-in-One Organizer with Glitchy Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion because it serves as my 'second brain,' helping me organize my CRM, manage daily activities, and gather insights from client conversations seamlessly. The Notion AI assists me, especially in collecting and organizing insights, which is really useful for personal understanding and social media efforts. It even helps write social media posts and campaigns with great detail, custom to my tone of voice. Notion's capability to customize information according to my personality is something I really appreciate, and it saves me a lot of time with writing. It's a great tool to manage my life, health, finances, and more, replacing many other apps I rarely use. It's truly wonderful to have Notion AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's only thing is that it keeps logging in and out, and then it just keeps putting me on a free plan when I actually pay for a business plan. And the second thing is, sometimes it freezes. Like, once in a while. But it gets recently a lot. Like, every day, it's actually frozen, and then I have to repeat my request again. I'm not able to do my voice—just talk on my microphone, like my phone—in order to ask for a request. So it's a little bit inconvenient for me to have to type if I use my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my CRMs and daily activities, helping me structure client information and insights. It acts as a second brain for life organization, assisting in planning finance, health, and social media tasks. However, I face issues with account plan settings and occasional freezing.

AI-Powered Time and Energy Management That Feels Like an Executive Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature helps me to organize and prioritize my time. It's as if I have an executive assistant stepping in to my days and weeks to ensure that I am managing my time in the best possible way, including energy management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion was a bit more user friendly in it's layout. I am not as computer literate as I would like therefore I need my task management system to lay things out as clearly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am organzing my time in a much more effecient way. It is also removing the mental load of determing what to do next, finding time to work on individual projects, and prioritziing my daily big 3.
