Absolutely Love It!

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that it can search across Notion and other integrated systems, an indispensable tool for navigating through internal company informatation!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only irritating part of Notion AI is when there are distracting pop ups in the product when I'm not trying to use that feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often want to do research on product features at my company, and being able to search our Notion, Slack and GitHub for references is so helpful!

Flexible and Feature-Rich, But Takes Time to Master

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible and has a lot of use cases. It was also pretty quick to get in and get going with it. I also really like the AI features which allow me to transcribe and summarize notes. It automatically organizes the transcription alongside a summary (vs only summarizing without giving me the full transcript to reference). I wasn't sure how often I'd use it but I use it all the time now. I didn't think I'd use it at all for writing notes but it's slowly becoming my tool of choice for taking notes during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to the interface. It's quick to set up but it's not quick to get going with it. I think this might just be a challenge with something that has a lot of customization and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it is saving me time and serving as a point of reference / communication with other people I work with. We use it for keeping track of our equipment and who has it and also for managing our social media posts / ideas. I use it individually for taking notes during meetings where I have a hard time focusing on what's being said while also writing things down.

Excellent for Structured Docs, But Losing Focus with Too Many Features

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great shared documentation tool, with structure. Structure across the organisation/location structure, as well as being able to create structure within the documentation. Quite easy for new joiners to pick up and get to grips with (general documentation).
What do you dislike about the product?
It is trying to do too many things. Starting to become a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none. I think there are quite a few improvements that could be made on the core product before you start doing more (e.g. calendar, mail, some of the AI tools etc). Using it for tickets as a PM is a bit convoluted with relationships and tables -- doesn't integrate as well with developer tools/GitHub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great knowledge base that really facilitates our organisation's set-up as remote-first. Everything is done remotely, and being able to control the documentation structure is invaluable. It is also great for my own personal organisation, with to-do lists, notetaking, etc.

Highly Customizable, But Steep Learning Curve for New Users

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has enabled me to build a personal management system that functions precisely the way I need it to. It gives me the flexibility to organize things according to my own preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, the learning curve associated with Notion has discouraged some of my teammates from adopting the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge that Notion helps me overcome is staying organized. I’ve built a comprehensive task database within the app, which makes it easy for me to stay on top of everything, regardless of the size of the task. I’m able to set due dates, assign priority levels, indicate if there are any blockers, and add file attachments, notes, and categories, among other details.

Empowers Productivity with Customization and Powerful AI

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about three years, primarily for productivity and work, and I've found it invaluable as my business grows. I really love the AI tools offered by Notion, which have significantly improved my efficiency by transforming how I create content in a matter of seconds. The vast array of templates available has been incredibly useful, allowing me to organize information exactly how I want it, which empowers me to manage my work more effectively. Notion's ability to keep me organized across various aspects of my business, from finances to lead management, has been indispensable. The setup process, though filled with choices, was not difficult, and it gave me the flexibility to customize my workspace to suit my needs, which I found empowering. Compared to Google Sheets, which I used previously, Notion feels like a tremendous upgrade, offering far superior capabilities for my requirements. This versatility and customization make it an instant buy again for me, especially if it can cater even more specifically to my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with other tools like Perplexity can be a bit challenging. It's difficult to make the process more seamless, especially when trying to find and use API keys. It takes some navigating to get everything set up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized by categorizing different parts of my business, from finances to leads, empowering my productivity with flexible templates and AI tools that alter my workflow instantly.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion allows me to integrate various elements and bring all my notes together in one place. This integration makes it incredibly convenient to plan and organize different projects, ensuring that everything I need is centralized and easily accessible. Notion's capabilities enhance my note-taking efficiency, allowing me to take notes quicker and organize them better. I particularly appreciate the Notion Calendar and Notion Mail, which are standout features that aid in my organization. The sharing space is another feature that I find extremely useful, as it facilitates collaboration and sharing of information with ease. Overall, the ability of Notion to streamline various tasks into one platform significantly benefits my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I find the initial setup process in Notion to be quite challenging due to the overwhelming number of elements, making it difficult to know how to use it effectively at first.","The database functionality in Notion feels overwhelming, which complicates my experience when trying to manage information."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to take notes more quickly and organize them better. It helps consolidate all my notes and planning in one place, making it efficient to manage tasks.

Super useful for organizing everything in one place!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been a game changer for keeping all business documentation neat and easy to find. It’s really simple to use — you can create new pages or documents in just a few clicks. I especially love the built-in AI; it helps fine-tune content so it sounds more professional or casual depending on what you need. Perfect for teams who want everything in one clean, flexible workspace!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the table, text, and formatting features seem somewhat basic. Adding a few more options would really enhance the experience, particularly for those looking to create more sophisticated or polished documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion really simplifies how to manage business informations. Instead of jumping between different tools or folders, we keep everything — projects, notes, and documents — neatly organized in one workspace. It’s made collaboration so much smoother because everyone knows exactly where to find what they need. Plus, the AI tools are a big bonus — they help refine our writing, summarize content, and make everything sound just right without extra effort.

Wonderful WebApp to Document.

  • October 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having various tool options easily accessible, and also in creating quality material such as documentation, I never needed support because it wasn't necessary, I use it regularly to note insights and document projects and studies. The Marketplace is quite vast, which is an advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The homepage is a bit confusing for someone who is a beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly streamlines the way of writing documentation, especially for me, as I like to document what I do in my studies. Notion is very good at this, creating h1, h2 texts, code fields, comments, etc. All of this becomes much simpler with it, increasing my productivity, even more so with the integrated AI, which I use a lot to correct texts and improve notes.

AI Enhancement Elevates Notion Experience

  • October 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about three to four years, and I have come to appreciate its powerful note organization capabilities, particularly for my knowledge articles and meeting notes with my team. I recently joined the AI enterprise version, and I've found the recording capability and summary AI to be of great benefit. The setup process with Notion is straightforward and quite easy, especially on my Mac, allowing me to start using it within a couple of minutes. The interface is pretty simple and user-friendly. I think the best part about Notion is the capability to use and contribute to spaces, which has been very helpful for sharing information with my team. Organizing my calendar has improved my visibility over my work, enhancing my day-to-day efficiency. I am particularly impressed with the AI-assisted note-taking and summary features, which are incredibly useful at the moment. Even when compared to similar tools like Microsoft Copilot and Webex, I find Notion's summaries to be a bit better, despite some mistakes. Overall, Notion's intelligent features for space organization, and AI capabilities stand out as valuable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the pricing structure could be improved. Currently, there's only one pricing option for enterprise, which includes many features I might not need. A more flexible pricing model with additional options would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion enhances team collaboration by organizing notes and meeting summaries, providing better work visibility and AI-assisted note-taking.

Incredibly Fast Search, But Adoption Has Been Slow

  • October 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The AI search tool is extremely handy at scrubbing through 100's of files quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of use of it from our team. It has been a slow transition from other platforms to move our training documentation so I don't believe it is used much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It holds all of our in-house knowledge in one place that we can query easily.
