A Game-Changer for Busy Parents
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's user-friendly design, which makes it easy for me to organize my life as a busy corporate mom and manage my business endeavors. Its intuitive interface allowed me to seamlessly integrate resources from other AI tools and notes into Notion, saving me time and effort. Notion's robust features have been fundamental in helping me create a weekly structure and calendar for my family based on our habits and goals, which is very exciting. I also value the AI companion tool and chat, which assist me in building out frameworks and brainstorming, enhancing my productivity. The tool's versatility extends to task management and workplace tools, making it a comprehensive solution for balancing my work-life responsibilities, planning for my children, and preparing for job interviews with applications and resume organization. Furthermore, I am impressed with its ability to support professional growth and family structure. Overall, Notion has proven to be a great asset to my efficiency on both a personal and professional level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Notion to be more mobile-friendly, as the user experience on an iPad is different from that on a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion balances my work-life schedule, streamlines podcast planning, and organizes my family activities effectively, boosting my personal and professional efficiency.
Highly Customizable and Powerful, But Setup Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is and the ability to build and do whatever I need to do on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
How complicated setting up things on it is sometimes. The tool is super powerful but sometimes it's super difficult to build what you need to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me build my database of customers, track notes on all of them, and maintain all my work in one space. We also use it as a company as a knowledge hub for all the different teams we have.
Versatile Meeting Recorder with Powerful AI, But Can Be Overwhelming at First
What do you like best about the product?
I have primarily used it to record a variety of meetings, including those on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, webinars, and even a church sermon using the app on my phone. Afterward, I have searchable content that the AI agent can analyze to answer questions, highlight key takeaways, and suggest next steps. I am using this option on a daily basis. It installs and updates very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many things that Notion can do it's a little overwhelming trying to decide what other items I can use to help with my daily projects. I am working through some YouTube tutorials. Sometimes it's a resource hog while recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a single point of recording for all meetings and conversations to let me focus on the meeting without the need to type/take notes during the process. I can fully engage in the conversation without the fear of missing or forgetting a step in the conversation.
All-in-One Organization, But Editing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have everything in one place. Notes from meetings, longer-term documentation, etc.

Editing can be a bit cumbersome and getting things into the format I want is not always as easy as I’d like

Effortless File Search Makes Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Using it as a wiki to store all the information and progress about my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the project management section could be improved by adapting its appearance and make use of the full screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of being able to search through data or notes taken in project you don't know very well. Also allows easy knowledge sharing.
User-Friendly Project Management, But Needs Better Data Import Options
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many project management options that are straight forward, easy to understand and simple to set up. It’s user friendly and really motivates you to stay organized and up to date on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could take info from other programs - such as Excel - and plug it in. I’m not sure if that’s an option that exists and I’ve missed it, but it would be great to have similar capabilities on Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping for my team of 6 people to see who is working on what tasks, give everyone easy access to project info and our library on contacts is able to be kept in one place.

Ease of access, integrations, simplicity but depth of the platform.

Sometimes can be complex to link lots of different pages together. Can become messy on a database level

Notion: A Creative Haven That Adapts to You!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it feels like an external brain that understands my creative chaos. My ideas rarely arrive in straight lines. They show up as sketches, half-sentences, voice memos, and bursts of inspiration at midnight. Notion gives those fragments a home.
I love that Notion doesn’t box me in! It’s not telling me how to be organize! The platform listens to how I already create and gently builds a structure around that. When I open my workspace, it feels like stepping into a studio rather than an app! Fluid, collaborative, and endlessly adaptable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion brings all my thoughts into one living, breathing space where my imagination can actually stay organized without losing its spontaneity. It turns chaos into a system that still feels human.
Intuitive UI and No Limits, But Requires a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Love how Notions UI / UX is easy to understand. Love how there’s no memory limit (that I know of at least)
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t learn how to use it well, I can see people getting lost.

Primarily around organization and project management. We frequently have new projects that come up and need to spin up a page to track workstreams and notes
Clean Design, But Lacks Intuitive Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion for its simple design which initially attracted me to the platform. The setup process was smooth and straightforward, particularly due to the use of Single Sign-On (SSO) by my company, simplifying account setup. I appreciate that inputting documentation is quite easy, and the tables feature is both neat and visually appealing, which adds to the organizational aspect during the RFC and design phases of software development. The clean look of Notion is appealing and is a factor that would make me consider using the tool again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion to be kind of difficult to use. It's not super intuitive, particularly when it comes to finding links or navigating tasks. The user interface could be more straightforward. I wish the clicks were more intuitive and that pages were more accessible, as it's not always clear how to navigate or create new pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At work, Notion centralizes our documentation, but its UI can be unintuitive and hard to navigate for tasks. I like its neat tables and ease of inputting documentation, aiding our RFC and design phases.
