What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the transcription only works through the laptop mic and doesn't record who is talking.

Easy Team Collaboration with Powerful Database Tables
What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration between teams, both for 'external' use i.e. like a little wiki page with resources for sales team and internal - for using to plan different projects etc. I really like the database / table features. It's a resource I use daily, referring to it for 1:1s, future planning, project execution etc. I also like that it's possible to share with agencies easily (something I found hard in competitors like Coda).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone in the company is comfortable so some things to senior stakeholders have to be hosted on excel / sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organised in one tool vs having to use many different sheets / calendars/ to do apps etc. It's a one stop shop for majority of work. It also makes it very easy to collaborate with my coworkers. This helps with reduced workload on creating reports / databases / updates etc. It's saving me time and effort, allowing me to focus on driving value.
Centralized Hub with Exceptional UX, Lagging Organization Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for everyday work, onboarding, sharing information, and as an intranet, enjoying its centralized approach to solving communication problems. I appreciate Notion's easy UX/UI, which makes creating processes, gathering documentation, and presenting them in a nice and readable way very simple. I love the new AI features and the search feature, which help save a lot of time, and I found the initial setup super simple, even though I wasn't part of the implementation phase. I also integrate it with Slack and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a simple way to organize private folders, like a real folder for private stuff, and to organize the favorite section better. I save a lot of pages, and my favorites end up being pretty messy. A feature like the Google Chrome tab organizer, but for Notion, would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes communication, solves onboarding challenges, and serves as a global intranet for sharing processes, making it a valuable tool for my team's workflow.
