Flexible, Clean, and High-Performance Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, clean interface, very performant.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI hallucinates quite frequently, telling me that features are possible when they haven't been built. For example automations with constraints (do this IF this is true)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting company knowledge, shared note taking, project management. Also used for agile sprint management and other non-agile project management work.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been an amazing AI Writing assistant and knowledge management platform. I utilize both for my personal life and club work as a student at my university. As a platform, Notion, is highly customizable and allows for users to define themselves.
The interface of Notion is easy to understand, and onboarding users was simple as Notion supports markdown which my team and most at my college are familiar with.

What do you dislike about the product?
The customizability does lead to some problems as well as I can get overwhelmed with it as well. By having a lot of customizability there are some key features that are lacking in project management and make Notion better at knowledge management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking for me is a bit problematic as my hands cannot type as fast as my colleagues and I end up missing some notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives me the flexibility to design exactly what I need, whether that’s a project tracker, enablement hub, or knowledge base - without being confined to rigid templates or tools. I love how intuitive and visual it is, making complex information easy to organize and navigate. The ability to connect databases, tag content, and collaborate in real time has made it our single source of truth for cross-functional work. It’s powerful, customizable, and simple enough that the entire team actually wants to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point in time, I have been really pleasantly surprised with everything thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become our central hub for enablement, documentation, and process alignment. It solves the challenge of scattered information and disconnected tools by giving us one place to store, organize, and collaborate on content. Our team uses it to manage onboarding, training programs, product release enablement, and playbooks — all in a dynamic, easily searchable format.

AI meeting notes & writing assistant, highly convenient features
What do you like best about the product?
- Drafting internal documents: when it comes to reviewing, revising or writing, the AI assistant offers clear ways to save time writing
- Meeting notes are very convenient being already integrated into the Notion space we use to organize our meetings

The AI search feature is not always up to par when trying to find and pull up the right content.
While the writing is decent, there is room for improvement to be had when it comes to quality of suggestions

Seamless Database Integration and Efficient Page Generation with Agents
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to integrate and ask questions to different databases. ie. Notion, JIRA, slack. Also, the addition of agents have increased the efficiency when generating certain pages
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the chat glitches and nothing happens when I submit the first message. Also, when using the notion app, the chat isn't be able to generate the answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General Business Question, easier research within JIRA tickets for similar problems, creating second-brain productivity template, generating quick templates to help with daily tasks, and integrating with JIRA for a quick one-stop shop

That I can organize myself and literally do anything possible with the right automations.

What do you like best about the product?
Great AI notetaker that operates in the background during meetings. It does not join the meeting like other services.

There are a lot of functions and it takes some time to get used to everything in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For myself it is primarily a notetaking service. I tend to use it in meetings to jot down notes.

What do you like best about the product?
that i can use AI to do research and send my findings to a page that I've already set up. Then I can ask Notion AI seemingly random questions about the things I've saved to specific pages and it will find the info for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things; 1) i do an AI search, move to a different page in Notion then go back and it's gone so I have to start over. 2) sharing a page so someone can collaborate with me is impossible. I share with them via their email, they are told I need to authorize access, and I never get the notification to authorize them. Totally crazy making! Ease of use and customer support are fair

I can perform research and keep an ongoing, AI searchable page of what I find. ChatGPT says it can do this but it cant

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive UI and features, takes time get used to but very smooth once you have understood the features. The databases and linked pages are excellent features. Also, the toggles are outstanding for taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessibility for non-native Notion users can be quite challenging, especially when it comes to sharing and presenting content. At times, it becomes difficult to ensure that everyone can easily access and understand the information.

Eas of sharing Business Documents across different companies without the worry of accessibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I really value the clean and adaptable foundation of the interface. The design makes it easy to customize consistently, so you can tailor it to suit a broad range of requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Notion's flexibility can also be one of its pitfalls. For a novice user who is still learning, it can be easy to get caught up in figuring out how to use Notion to manage things. The software itself can become intertwined with what the user is trying to organize, making it easy to lose sight of the original goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on it to manage several projects that have similar frameworks, even though they span a variety of markets. Additionally, it assists me in organizing my personal life more effectively.
