Great for Notion Insights, But Needs Smarter Models
What do you like best about the product?
It's best for getting insights on the Notion docs you are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it still has some more development for the model(s) to become smarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Think of it like an alternative to Google Docs, although I'm not yet given up on Google docs.

Notion allows me to keep everything in one place, avoiding the hassle of moving around, and the search function helps find inventory easily.

The AI tool has been priceless. Has made building and modifying new sheets incredibly simple and fast. Links with ChatGPT.

So far I haven't really come across anything I dislike per say.

It is aiding in the tracking and implementation of pricing strategies. As well as analysis of crop data.
Flexible and Clean, But Steep Learning Curve for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility, the clean design, and the ample storage. These aspects really stand out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility and ability to use it to it's full capacity comes with a lot of learning. It's hard to implement across teams when not everyone is used to this kind of tool.

Centralized location for documentation, note taking, and task management.

I found the initial setup of Notion a bit nebulous without sufficient guidance on how to use it effectively. While I understand the open-ended nature of the platform, a step-by-step introduction or walkthrough for setting up the first project would be beneficial for better organization.

I use Notion to organize projects, manage diverse information streams like Slack and email, and gain insights, which helps me stay organized and manage information efficiently.
A Hub for Collaboration and Knowledge Management

Notion: My Second Brain, But Complexity Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
In love how I can organise all my ideas and resoiurces in one place, which I call a second brain on Notion
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity of the product, where it could have been simpler- like databases and tables- you don't get all information in one glance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I treat it like a mind directory, storing all kinds of information from work nptes to fitness goals. I like it as a source of truth file for myself.
Great for Centralized Knowledge, but Export Formatting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Central hub for all company knowledge and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of export and import of content from outside of Notion - formatting is superb when using Notion, however, trying to export that formatting to PDF etc is not exactly like-for-like in terms of appearance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have internal product experiment repositories and one of the most time-saving features has been Notion AI - both in terms of searching through the repository for previous experiments as well as incorporating learnings from past experiments in the repository when writing new experiment plans. Notion AI has context of everything in the repo and brings that in to the ideation and planning when writing new plans.
Notion Makes Team Note-Taking and Taskboards Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
Notion was helpful to manage notes I would say it was useful for the task board and note taking where eveyrone is able to access it. easy to implement as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the note taking just took too much time and it was too complex, i was able to do the same on a word document or google sheets

I don't use notion anymore, it was benefiting the company to have everyone just keep notes in one spot.
Flexible and Customizable: Notion Lets Me Create and Share with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day. I love that it allows complete flexibility to create anything I want. It's so easy that I use it to organize my whole digital life, work with customers (everything from my CRM to creating workbooks and dashboards to manage the course), and create personal pages (grocery lists, journal entries, etc.). I also love that I can connect pages very easily, integrate other products I use, and my favorite feature is making my pages a template to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but then I realized how many uses it had and why it was nice to start each page from scratch. Now I can find templates for complex things and make my own aesthetic pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to create custom pages for each of my clients. I have the ability to provide a completely personalized experience for each client using Notion. And while I can provide a customizable experience for my clients, Notion allows me to duplicate pieces I've already created and reuse them for other clients, which saves me a ton of time.
