Notion is a great tool for organization of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It's AI integration allows me to organize my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the software is very useful, the fees are quite expensive to have access to some of the best features and don't offer any student discounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to keep track of my weekly tasks and notes. I used it mostly for school studying purposes.
Great for Custom Dashboards and Workflow Integration, Needs Better Mobile Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to create unique dashboards and rearrange them as needed. I use the platform every day to stay on top of my daily goals and plans. Additionally, I find it helpful that I can integrate workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be more mobile-friendly and to offer an option to view it in desktop mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to keep track of my notes and manage projects in a different app, GoodNotes, but I found it wasn't as flexible. When I was introduced to Notion, I loved how easily I could move things around and add my own creative touch. The templates section also makes it simple to get started.
Notion AI Is the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is the best. It really helps me understand my context, especially when I'm working on my homework. I can also ask it questions, which makes studying much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Claude Opus does not support working with files or similar features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to help with my homework, job applications, and other related tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
How versatile it is. It not only helps me stay organized but I can store my notes from classes, keep deadlines and get help with study terms with the AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a student, I’d love to see the integration of a student friendly plan for Notion premium. Budgets can be tight so if there was an option to verify my enrolment and save some money that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeps everything organized and all in one place. I struggled with having too many softwares all doing different things (one for deadlines, one for notes, etc.) and Notion allows me to keep it all together and keep me as organized as possible.
Powerful Organization and Knowledge Management with Even More Future Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to organize layers of notes, create entire boards and databases of information that can be tracked over time, and how I can create private pages even within public teams. I use it personally, at work, and for my personal business. It's been a game changer to be able to centralize all of the knowledge base that our team needs, as well as keep track of active projects and have a historical view of what has been done. It's been incredibly easy to set up and expand, and there's plenty of resources out there to help you learn how to grow it well beyond how I use it on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope in the future, Notion will continue to build out their database functionality in relation to the calendar, similarly to a Asana or Monday.com. It would be incredibly convenient to have all of the notes, files, projects, and links in one spot alongside our entire team's production schedule and progress tracking. If they could take notes from Asana and Jira and implement that into a database flow that can be connected and shared across multiple pages and users. I don't know if there would be any reason to have other products integrated because it would all be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us centralize knowledge within the company, as well as keep track of project details surrounding individual clients, contracts, and third-party partners. It also gives us a broader view of all the meetings happening across our organization.
Clean Interface and Easy Organization, but UI Issues with Notion Mail and Calendar
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has a very clean interface. It is very easy to organize notes into categories and search across notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some personal UI issues with Notion Mail and Notion Calendar. Within Notion itself, I wish there were a way to dynamically size the text for aging eyes and large screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep things organized by thread and subcategory. I can attach files and make notes as I want to use them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility it provides and how I can adapt it to work the way I do
What do you dislike about the product?
Better export options would be good for working in a corporation that is using O365. I often need to email data and copy/paste to extract from notion of PDF could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI let's be start with an idea and create a full blow project, it's great to iterate with it.
Great Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
The personalization aspect, you can create anything you'd like catered to your liking. Its super user friendly and easy to incorporate. Our team uses it daily and we built it from scratch and find ways to incorporate more and more things. We hired a notion consultant that assists frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cant scroll horizontally normally!

Highly Customizable and Collaborative with Powerful Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is. I can create and track anything that I need and its easy to collaborate as well. Having the Notion AI has been a game changer for me for tracking data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, it has just been a bit of a learning curve but worth the time and investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simplifying my research time by organizing important data for me. I feel like there is so much more I can use it for that I have yet to discover.
Intuitive and Feature-Rich Notion, with Minor Loading Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve never used a program like notion for knowledge tracking and notetaking. It was very intuitive to start and has tools that I didn’t even really know that I needed until I started using them. The notion Team seems to have anticipated everything I needed before I even had a project to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a small bit of loading lag as I moved between pages of my documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large amount of thoughts and direction. My project needs to go in and I can’t focus on one singular item at a time. As ideas come, they have to be collated and tucked away where I can easily find them again. A particular strength is that they constantly reference each other and notion makes it easy for hyper linking to other ideas.
