Best virtual planner
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep myself organized with Notion. It's like a virtual planner and I love the convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can remember right now that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing time.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for use it as bucket for ideas, for Social Media Calendar and to manage a small business.
I have several dBs with all the information that previously was spread across different applications and documents, which made it hard to remember or find quick

I think it being online is not my favorite thing about Notion.

Having all the onboarding documents, social media kit, social media calendar and tasks in one place allows me to organize myself easier

What do you like best about the product?
Notion keeps me sane. As a consultancy starting up and looking for new business while managing client projects, my Notion workspace allows me to keep track of my outreach (as a CRM), hold project deliverable files, take notes during meeting. The AI is a phenomenal tool from helping me brainstorm deck outlines to assessing interview notes for key themes. I use Notion daily. A slept on feature is the Notion mobile app. I take handwritten notes often during workshops, and I can easily take a photo and upload directly to the Notion app onto the page I need those notes on, to keep or trascribe later. Notion has fit into my day to day seamlessly. I use Google Drive to store large files and Notion allows me to link to Drive easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so easy to delete a page, I wish it asked before it did! The learning curve to set up my workspace was a bit hard, but I was able to download a template that fit my needs 70% of the way and adjust from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't imagine running my business without Notion. I credit Notion to the efficiency I can have in any day.
Notion AI is using Generative AI at the place of work.
What do you like best about the product?
It exists at the place of work. Just like data is useful for teams at their place of work. Notion AI is easy to use in the flow of work.

I really like using Notion. I have been using it for 4 years now.

Productivity and Personal Knowledge Management In one App
What do you like best about the product?
Extendable with on the fly database features. Extensive 3rd party template and extension ecosystem. I use it every day as my "second brain", storing all my notes, bookmarks, etc. as well as using it for the management of my task list, weekly goals etc. I also use it to manage and create my blog post, using the AI writing features to refine my post, and then have the post searchable to reuse and reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance slows sometimes. This is the nature of the on the fly database system, it definitely isn't as fast as something as a pure notes system would be, but you would expect it to be. A bit hard to get started unless you purchase one of the template systems, which again is the nature of an on the fly database system.

Using Notion AI to Generate Content
What do you like best about the product?
Using Notion AI is a game-changer for me. It is easy to use, has a number of features such as brainstorming, drafting blog posts, and improve your writing. I mainly use it as a thought starter for social media content I produce for my clients and to generate placeholder text for my WordPress templates. I have saved so much time, improved my workflow. I highly recommend Notion AI!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I found anything at this time to dislike Notion AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a content writer. Notion AI is of benefit as helping me to write content. It is not a copy/paste for me on what has been generated. I use it as a thought starter.
Friendly and a live saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible it is to create workspaces that serve my needs. I'm able to incorporate different tools to create a page that will work. I enjoy the AI tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reminders are not so flexible to schedule. And because of the amount of tools available, it is not so user friendly at first. But as with any tool, there's a learning curve involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my notes organized based on project. It gives me a visual of my tasks and upcoming assignments.
Content Creator Who Uses Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Databases are amazing, love the built in AI
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to use offline. If the system is down, I can't work in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to organize content. I've been an Evernote user for years, but I need to manipulate certain content in ways I really can't on Evernote. Notion allows me to manipulate content and data at deeper levels and helps me stay more organized. I still use both, but I find myself leaning more now on Notion. It's a wonderful way to handle massive amounts of content with a deeper structure (child folders of child folders, etc.) Since I'm a writer in multiple genres across fiction and nonfiction, I have a lot of things to organize. Notion is very good at managing things better.

It's a pleasant User interface, and it's great customer support.

It's a bit difficult to use because of its multiple features
