Great AI Page Generation Feature
What do you like best about the product?
The AI agent to generate pages for design docs etc.

The UI is not very appealing and user friendly.

Flexible Templates and Powerful AI Make Notion a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only have a marketplace full of amazing templates for ay scenario in life, but then also have the flexibility to adapt them to your liking and need. The best part now it being able to simply write a note like all the different services you pay for and then ask the Notion AI assistant to turn that into anything you need. I had it quickly implement a chart with all my subscription fees and even make separate pages for monthly and annual services.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who has both a personal and business notion, it's still tedious to switch between spaces. It would be nice to have some keyboard shortcuts to quickly switch between accounts like in arc browser, especially when I'm using different spaces on a daily basis. It's also a little annoying that I can't easily sync my personal and work notions together on notion calendar, since I get meeting invites and want to use the built in meeting notes feature, but the integration of multiple accounts on notion is still a bit lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me create a fully fledged marketing agency CRM. I used a template that I paid for through the webstore, and then edited and even reworded a lot of the titles and sections to my liking. A bit into this process I also realized I could just tell Notion AI to do a lot of this work and made the process ever more efficient. The biggest benefit to using notion instead of traditional CRMs or even connecting other CRMs into it to pull data is that you have something you can easily access anywhere. Whether I'm on my phone, laptop, tablet, or even a different computer in a sticky situation, I always have a way to get into notion, and know that it will work flawlessly on every device.
Efficient Workflow and Seamless Integration with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
It's saving me time with integrating meeting notes into tasks. It's also saving time with operating Notion, creating templates and making my workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. It's working effectively and efficiently.

It's simply making my workflow and bility to implement Notions organizational capabilities into my business and personal ife.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Notion since the early days. It's maintained a minimalist philosophy even as it has grown robust with features. The integration of AI agents is especially impressive, and has saved me a huge amount of time—especially for analyzing large volumes of survey data for UX research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recent bloat with new features has concerned me, and I've run into a few AI glitches where it says "something went wrong." Still, overall the experience remains focused and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is our hub for documents, surveys, data analysis, and knowledge management of all kinds. The ability to centralize docs, collaborate in real time, and now leverage AI for research and writing has multiplied our team's capabilities. We also use Notion for business and team-wide project notes. We rely on Linear for our issue tracking, but nearly everything else is managed in Notion.
Great AI Meeting Features, but Setup Is Not Intuitive

Ease of AI meetings. I like that it starts by itself. I also like the different views in a database

Not intuitive AT all to set up. You cannot jump in and start using

I needed a database for ideas and it is solving that. I also needed excellent notes and transcripts for meetings.
How notion helps me get A’s
What do you like best about the product?
I love that notion helps me be a better student by letting me divert my attention fully to my classwork and not worry that I’m either not writing down the lecture fully or I’m missing something. I use it as an AI writing assistant to help me write out my lecture notes, and as a project management tool to stay on top of all of my assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It’s extremely user friendly, has great tutorials if you ever get stuck, and can be used in so many different creative ways. My only tip is for the mobile version, it would be great if I could access Notion and Notion calendar in the same app as opposed to different ones!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write and type pretty slow, and can never fully write down the full lecture before my professor has moved on to the next topic. Notion makes sure I don’t miss anything, and also will help me generate class notes based on what information is valuable or not. This helps me be a better student and helps me be able to fully give my professor my attention during class.
Impressed by Easy Database Setup and Helpful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I've only just started using it and very impressed! I gave it details of what I wanted the database to look like and it built it for me promptly, and even created different views (which I didn't even know how to do, so it was extra helpful!)

What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow and heavy at times, especially with large databases or complex pages. Offline functionality is also limited, which can be frustrating when working without a stable internet connection. Additionally, while the flexibility is a huge strength, it can be overwhelming for new users who may struggle to find the best way to structure their workspace at first.

Notion helps me organize all my learning materials in one structured and easily accessible place. I can create pages for different topics, link related content, and store notes, videos, and references together, which saves me a lot of time searching for information. Its flexible layout lets me build a personalized learning hub that fits my study style, helping me stay focused, consistent, and more productive.
