Customizable Yet Overwhelming Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I truly find the setup of Notion to be incredibly easy and fun, which is a refreshing experience. The AI feature is remarkably helpful for arranging things initially, making my workflow more efficient. I also deeply appreciate the automation capabilities in the calendar, which I utilize daily to keep everything organized efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use Notion to keep my assignments in order and benefit from its calendar automation for organization, despite it being overwhelming for note-taking.
Effortless and Comprehensive: Notion AI Makes Research Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and clear to use. I love that it can take into account the notes that have been compiled or other research and look through a lot of Notion pages at once. I have started to use it much more frequently to help make my everyday work more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any down sides of using Notion AI as of yet.

Saving time and compiling research quickly.
Great Organization and AI, but Frequent Updates Are Annoying
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and tools offered by notion are great. I love the AI assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much, but I feel the app could be more optimized and the constantly daily updates and having to restart the app is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps us keep all our documentation organized and centralized. We especially appreciate how well it works for our IT needs.
Easy and sinplistic

Very easy to use, multi device support and good layout

Not much sometimes the app on Mac will crash but everything is good apart from that

Notion AI Search Transformed My Workflow and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I recommend Notion to everyone personally and professionally. In a professional sense, I use it multiple times a day in team meetings, to check updates within our company, to submit feedback and make comments on product launches, and I specifically love the AI search function that combs through all the pages in Notion and helps me find exactly the answer I'm looking for with links to the sources where it was found. Personally, I use it to plans trips, make to-do lists, and take notes on online courses in super easy formats that are intuitive and creative, unlike other document- writing apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before Notion AI, I disliked the search function because we have thousands of pages in Notion at our company and they were really challenging to sort through. The Notion AI search feature made it super easy to search through these pages now, so I can always turn to Notion when looking for a quick, thorough, reliable answer to my questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of keeping track of thousands of pages of notes and updates that I could never keep track of on my own and easily synthesizing the information in seconds when I have a question or need a quick summary. It's truly instrumental in my workflow as an individual and crucial to our team's collaboration on any number projects ranging from 1:1 docs with my manager to work trip itineraries to records of company policy and resources.

Almost infinite number of pages that we can make even though in free plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot use the handwriting page in the app.

The problem of demand for note-taking software is satisfied and benefiting me.
Beautiful UI but Frustratingly Confusing to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's attractive and has a nice UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Veryyyy confusing to use. The learning curve is steep. Familiar UX patterns from other products do not apply. Moving blocks around on a page is painful.

It's good for storing lots of information about our products, goals, resources, etc.
Saves Time Despite Integration Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion saves me time by simplifying the creation of schedules, calendars, and tables. It streamlines the process, making it much easier than manually inputting everything. I find the list and calendar functions particularly useful for daily task tracking. Additionally, the AI feature stands out as very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I find it challenging to create more complicated pages in Notion without external guidance, such as YouTube tutorials, due to the lack of a comprehensive user guide or instructions provided within the software.","Integrating Notion with Google Calendar has proven difficult for me. I haven't been able to figure it out, and when attempting to input Google Calendar into Notion, it doesn't update appropriately, making it unreliable for seamless synchronization.","Combining different lists into a master list is cumbersome. Currently, I have to manually import all the information into a separate master list and then create tables and calendars from it, a process I find quite challenging."}

I find the product saves me time by automating schedules and calendars, reducing manual input, and thereby simplifying my task management.
Great for Organizing and Sharing Content in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of multiple features within a single environment, such as creating pages where you can catalog tutorials, information, and various notes and organize them in a single environment. Sharing content is also very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment that could disqualify the use of the notion, on the contrary

Adding know-how to a single, simple, effective, visually interesting environment is one of Notion's strengths.
