Notion’s Versatility and AI Tools Shine, but Document Storage Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most versatile tool that we have used. We can adapt it easily to our specific needs (rather than most softwares which are somewhat industry specific).
The support is quick to respond, and the template library and resources on other platforms such as YouTube are very helpful and cut down on the amount of time taken to learn the software.
The new AI tools are a game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Document storage can be less intuitive than other options, and visually some of Notion doesn't look as 'shiny' as purpose built softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has given us a central platform for all of the business needs. Whether it be out internal FAQ's, onboarding processes, tracking company financials and sales information, logging deliveries, etc.
It has solved the problem of having multiple tools in different places.
Within that it has solved a lot of smaller problems for us. For example deliveries used to arrive into the office and be left for days until the purchaser was on shift as they were the only one who knew what is was for. Notion has allowed us to create a log of what is being ordered and what to do with the package when it arrives. Now anybody can deal with a package and communicate to the purchaser that it has been completed.
We also used to have various word documents with out internal processes and FAQ's. These are now all in Notion and searchable using AI.

Makes My Workday Smoother and More Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion almost every day to keep my patient prescriptions, treatment notes, and diet plans organized. What I really like is how easy and natural it feels to use the layout is clean, and I didn’t need any tutorials to get started. It just fits smoothly into my daily work routine.
I update patient history, track symptoms, and note their progress directly in Notion, which saves me a lot of time. It has just the right number of features tables, reminders, linked pages everything works together nicely without feeling complicated. I also find it easy to connect with tools like Google Drive or cloud storage when I need to attach lab reports or images.
Overall, Notion makes my clinic work more structured and stress free. It keeps everything from patient details to diet charts in one simple, easy to access place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I open a patient record with many images or long databases, Notion becomes slow typing or scrolling lags a little. When I switch from desktop to mobile, recent edits don’t always sync immediately, so I have to recheck. Also, offline mode is helpful but limited: only pages I’ve previously downloaded are accessible, and some important features like media uploads and embeds don’t work when I’m offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep all my patient data, prescriptions, and progress notes in one structured place. Earlier, I used multiple apps and spreadsheets to manage records, which was confusing and time consuming. Now, I can create custom templates for new cases, update patient symptoms quickly, and review their improvement history anytime.
It’s also helping me maintain better communication during online consultations since everything stays organized and easy to access. Overall, Notion saves time, reduces paper clutter, and keeps my workflow smooth and professional.

Highly Customizable and Collaborative, but Mobile Experience Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how customizable the databases are in Notion. Our team relies on it for knowledge management, project management, task tracking, and many other purposes. The platform allows us to collaborate asynchronously, which helps us make the most of our time within the application. With the wealth of information available online, we can usually find a way to achieve what we need in Notion for most of our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not particularly fond of the mobile application. While the Android app works fairly well on a tablet and is quite user-friendly, I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone who plans to use it mainly on their phone—unless they are willing to spend significant time optimizing each page for mobile use. Additionally, databases can become slow to load if they contain a large number of pages, so I suggest limiting the number of loaded pages if you encounter this problem. However, this slowdown typically only occurs when there are hundreds of pages trying to load at once.

Effortless Tool with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion easily connects with tools like Zoom and is accessible both from my phone and desktop. Its ability to transcribe calls and easily store them in a database, along with summaries, is highly beneficial. I also appreciate the seamless integration with other AI services like ChargebeePT, which helps me keep track of tasks and workload efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup challenging due to the lack of introductory help or guidance. There isn't adequate support on how to create pages or databases. Additionally, the available training resources do not seem easily accessible, making it harder to realize the full functionality of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to transcribe calls, summarize them, and gather data easily. It connects seamlessly with tools like Zoom and is accessible from anywhere, helping me track tasks and workload effectively.
Notion is an amazing tool for project creation and organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to utilize anywhere. I can create templates and pages that can be referenced easily from other pages as to keep information readily available without hosting it multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The nesting could be updated to be more user friendly. Walk through tutorials on how to create customized templates a bit like adobe with their new features. Left hand project organizer could be more user friendly. It’s simple and useable as it is but pages get “lost” when using it for many large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping many pages and documents in an organized fashion, both private and business. The recall of these is easy as you can nest links from one page to others seamlessly. Toggle options for large informative pages makes finding relevant info quick as well as the right hand nodes that allow me to skip to the title areas of a page.
Great Flexibility and Organization, but Interface Needs Improvement

Great Experience with Docs, Database, and AI
What do you like best about the product?
Docs, database, and AI. The agent is very smooth and I can't wait for custom agents
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough to get going with it since it's kind of a blank workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all of my information so I have the equivalent of a second brain across Meeetings, Docs, and Data - and speeding up my workflows with AI. It's becoming easier. The more I use it, the easier it is to find what I need and accomplish tasks, whether it's writing an email to somebody, researching and storing notes on someone to reconnect with them, or writing content or emails.
An all-in-one workspace that keeps my projects perfectly organized
What do you like best about the product?
Notion brings all my work together in a single, organized space—whether it’s projects, notes, or tasks. I appreciate its flexibility, especially when creating templates tailored to various workflows, such as academic planning or content creation. The interface is clean and responsive, and making updates is simple, which makes it ideal for handling several projects simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find it confusing to use, and it can also become somewhat slow when working with large databases. The mobile app still feels limited in comparison to the desktop version, which offers a more complete experience. Improving the offline mode would make it even more dependable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to keep all aspects of my work organized, from projects and academic tasks to coordinating with my team, all within a single platform. I’m able to plan classes, handle documents, and monitor progress without the hassle of moving between different applications. This not only saves me time but also ensures my work remains structured and simple to share.
