What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI features the most. It’s been extremely helpful for me in all aspects in my work. The AI meeting summary and chat bot is great. I’ve also used it for planning my trips. I’ve been using this app for more than 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about Notion, love it so much!

It’s helped me improve my communication, note taking, project management and organization.

My company uses Webex so I’d like for notion to be able to recognize when a Webex meeting has started and prompt to start meeting notes

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion daily, whether for my personal life, as a business owner, or as a project manager for a non-profit. Notion is a staple in my day-to-day strategy. I really enjoy Notion because it's clean, multifunctional, and free-flowing, enabling creativity, clarity, and organization for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if, when using AI, it had a little more capability in building and or creating databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving writer's block when responding to emails or creating a new company-wide doc. It is also helping me assist business clients in organizing all their backend needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Notion is. I think of a feature and quickly find a way to implement it in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI tools are still in their infancy, and the answers I get from the AI tool in Notion aren’t as good as what I get with external tools.

I work in the film industry. Notion has allowed me to bridge the gap between multiple data sources and has become the place where I store everything and can easily find any piece of information I need.
Project Management - very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has helped us organize our implementation of Notion for our nonprofit. The AI feature helped me to create useful tables for tracking tasks in a work breakdown structure (WBS). We can assign tasks, priorities, dependencies, and due dates. And the entire team has access to our project plan. Quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so flexible, often with multiple ways of accomplishing tasks. But the AI tool offers some help.

It serves as our data warehouse, a single source of truth, for our operations. It is eliminating much unnecessary communication and multiple spreadsheets in various silos.

What do you like best about the product?
notion has done a wonderful job of helping me keep track of important information, and using its ai meeting notes tool has given me the ability to focus on the conversation, not the notes.

I would have said it’s integration with other platforms but in the 6 months I’ve used the product that has changed completely

I am a relatively unorganized person and notion has made it easy to keep track of my thoughts and info and share it with my team mates
Fantastic ecosystem for AI powered content.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion acts as my second brain. It can easily add new content to my dedicated inbox and offers easy processing for a robust and easy to navigate Wiki. Now with AI, creating original content is even easier allowing me to define the context I want to include. Notion has become an app I use extensively daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some formatting issues have occured on some mobile devices and other features have been a little slower to release (like offline mode). The Notion team always seems to figure it out.

Love that it's automatic for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who manages a business virtually, I’ve found Notion AI particularly useful for its notetaking capabilities. Whenever I have a Zoom meeting, it automatically records the session and provides me with notes on the discussion, as well as suggested next steps. I’ve tried other AI notetakers like Fathom and Loom, but what sets Notion apart is that everything remains organized in one place. I no longer need to copy notes from a separate software into my projects and tasks within Notion.
It’s also convenient that if I have a phone call instead of a Zoom meeting, I can set up Notion AI to take notes during a regular call with a client. This feature allows me to be more present during conversations. 10/10 recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’m frustrated that I can’t adjust the default settings to choose where the notetaker saves my notes within my Notion folders. Another issue is that I’m unable to pause a recording; instead, I have to stop it completely and start a new one each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI keeps everything in one place so I don’t have to juggle multiple apps. It takes notes during Zoom or phone calls, gives me key takeaways and next steps, and I can focus on the conversation instead of typing. I’ve tried Fathom and Loom, but having it all organized right inside my Notion workspace is a game changer.
