Effortless Documentation with a Clean UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mainly for documentation, notes, and content management. It helps me with reporting during penetration testing by allowing me to document my findings and structure them in the right way. I like that the UI is good, easy for usage, very clear, and clean. It's very easy to set up, whether on the web or mobile applications. I along with my team of four find it very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything for now , I am good with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for documenting my findings and structuring reports in penetration testing. It helps in organizing content clearly and effectively.
A clean and flexible workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I usually take notes of my studies, plan my taskta and manage my freelance projects. It helps me keep all my things in one place without hopping on to too many apps and software. It can be used for very simple things and also it can be used for very advanced usages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app seems very overwhelming at first, this is the only drawback. It takes time to learn how to use the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my eyes on everything at a time. Like I get the entire picture of all aspects of my life that are my priorities. It is efficient to use. And also helps me increase my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and easy to use Notion is. It allows me to generate things easily without needing to be a programmer or have a course certificate. I also love that it generates tables, graphs, and spreadsheets for work use, which usually take hours to set up. The help that AI gives to generate formulas is also something I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I HATE the 1,2 or 3 day view for Notion Calendar on mobile. Should not be that hard to have custom day views on mobile as well as desktop. I also think if doing a database it should be easy to generate a new Page style underneath it. For example, a CRM then a tracking page straight underneath. I feel like there is a massive dependence on views rather than being able to have everything on the one page per idea/notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps organize my business CRM, workflow, and ideas storage while also assisting with personal budget tracking and note-taking. It's intuitive and easy, generating tables, graphs, and spreadsheets quickly, plus AI aids in creating formulas.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is very easy to use, and I think Notion AI is fantastic. It's really easy to copy and paste ideas into my Notion boards to save ideas and collaborate with my teammates.

The relational databases are the most useful feature in linking everything together

I think the ability to add in equations would be greatly appreciated especially when identifying tasks. I also think multiple accounts and trying a specific link to multiple accounts would be useful without stating access is not provided

It's helping me in my daily features involving logging work required to be studied and furthermore my work to do tasks
Stores All Context but Slowed by Clunky UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion works really well with Claude, particularly enhancing my information architecture. I use Notion alongside my agents, and it helps me be very effective. Notion acts as one of the key data sources for my target agents to learn and develop. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Notion to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that it's slow. And that's honestly some of my biggest frustrations. The UI is not super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps all my knowledge organized with lists and tags, making information easy to identify.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for how open it is and how simply and quickly I can do whatever I need to do. Nesting pages to build an organizational structure is straightforward, and creating tables and toggling menus is done really easily. It's great for formatting everything I need. The ease of use and ability for team collaboration within the team space is a major plus. Notion’s versatility is impressive, not just for information gathering and data management, but also for task management and tracking. I appreciate being able to build complex tables with AI and the integration with our API, allowing the tech team to pull everything it needs seamlessly. It just checks all the boxes for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more interactive and more actionable, especially in building tables. I'd like more ability for review tracking, task completion, and progress tracking without having to go through complex AI setup.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for managing the software development lifecycle from planning to documentation. Notion helps keep a single source of truth for all our information and acts as a collaborative team hub. I find its Gen AI capabilities really great for easily finding information and reading or writing documents through tools like Claude. It acts as a universal search for data, text, code, decisions, historical knowledge, etc. Notion is more feature-rich, faster and smoother, and has a much better support team compared to other products we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is sometimes too slow and clunky. The AI features for generating new pages don't work the best, and it's easier to use Claude.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature and the views in Notion. The AI makes my life easier by updating daily tasks and pages with the right prompt. I also find the views important because they simplify project tracking, which is helpful since my manager reviews them. It's very easy to migrate, and I find it beneficial for project management, tracking, and meeting deadlines with integrations.

Centralizes and Simplifies Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very intuitive and you can click and edit straight away without a big workaround. It's just easy to use, providing a very clean interface. It doesn't add a hurdle for me because I don't have to worry about understanding what's going on. I can just open Notion and use the search function to find anything I'm looking for in relation to my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. Maybe the agent version would need to be a bit more explained. I'm very curious to see if this would be something that will add to my work.
