Many of the "workspace" items are too lightweight to be used seriously (tasks, emails, calendar, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an employee-sourced knowledge base that is easy to search (with AI) and build-upon
Some aspects of notion are great. Project managment is overly complicated though.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion allows me to publish pages and turn them into digital products that I can place behind a paywall with Stan. I also find their AI transcribe assistant very useful, as it provides accurate transcriptions and helpful summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion's user interface extremely frustrating, and I've ultimately stopped using it for project management. Navigating the platform and understanding its capabilities is difficult without seeking out very specific, step-by-step instructions from third parties. Even with those resources, the system still feels overly complex and unintuitive. It isn't something you can just pick up and use right away, and for project management, it seems like it would take a significant amount of time to become proficient. I'm sure it's very useful once you reach that level, but for me, the steep learning curve and lack of sufficient support made it impractical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to transcribe meetings, create pages to sell as digital products. I'm hoping it'll solve more problems for me in the future if I can put in the time to figure out how to use their PM functions.
Notion can change your way to work
What do you like best about the product?
It's like having an open canvas where you can create exactly what you envision. You design your ideas and easily share them with your collaborators. Once that's done, you can take advantage of Notion Ai to filter information and integrate it with your databases and the pages you've set up. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI would benefit from integration with other AI tools, which could enhance its overall usability. I’ve also noticed that certain features perform better on the website compared to the native app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue we faced was with our knowledge base, as our information was scattered across different locations. Now, by transitioning everything to Notion, we can conveniently keep track of any topic with the help of Notion AI.
It's been limited so far. A nice kick-start tutorial would be helpful.

I like being able to ask questions about set up, formulas would be a very helpful thing to add.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, some of the ideas and structures I want to build are either not immediately supported, or just hard to explain than I am able. I hope this is more user error than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and formatting mostly. I'd like to know how to do more but there are only so many hours in the day. Quick set up tutorials would be very helpful, but those I've seen are not as focused on solutions as I'd like.

The newly added AI is unbelievably helpful. Makes this software turbocharged!

It helped me create a work schedule for my tam and host it on the web. Its as able to integrate work schedules of my team, Locations we work and added features like notes and Location routing.

Notion AI has Revolutionized my Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion AI for a few months now and it has made project management so much easier. Things like scheduling, writing invitations, managing volunteers, researching information, and tracking have been streamlined in a way that has saved me so much time. I appreciate the ease of use and how it interacts with databases I have already spent a lot of time creating. Notion is the best project management software I've tried and it's not close. I use this app daily and it's amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to build Notion up. I have tried to onboard some of my team members to using it but they found it a bit of a steep learning curve. Personally, I like that it is so customizable but some want a PM software that they just plug and play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have severe ADHD and have struggled mightily with project management/administration in the past. Notion has helped me to build databases and systems that work the way my brain works. For example I have created a daily hours check in for myself and I can see when and where I am over-working (or under-working) in certain areas of my life. The fact that formulas exist allows me to see the cumulative results of this.
Project Creation and Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Notion and Notion AI for a few months now. The newest features in notion AI have allowed me to create entire projects from scratch, with all of the necessary, databases, CRM connections, task, connections, knowledge, base connections, etc. I’ve truly enjoyed what I’ve been able to do with this product. I look forward to learning more about how to use it to his fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a substantial learning curve. I’ve had to utilize a lot of YouTube videos and other tools to learn how to use Notion. I’m not sure this learning curve can be improved, but in talking to other potential users and past users, it is clearly holding Notion back from reaching more people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, I use notion to get all of my projects and tasks and notes better organized. I use it as a life OS.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion stands out as my preferred organization application, having been a consistent companion throughout my professional journey. Its exceptional capabilities in the workplace have proven invaluable, saving me countless hours and streamlining my workflow. Furthermore, its intuitive interface facilitates the creation of efficient and effective work processes.

I wish it offered more engaging AI activities and adhered to the latest hip-hop standards.

It significantly reduces the time and effort required to complete work.
Notion and Notion AI are a Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is the thing that has really altered my experience of Notion. It has always been a robust and flexible platform for project and knowledge management, but the new Notion AI Agent capabilities have easily 10x my efficiency and experience. Arguably the most important AI subscription I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really just wish I could directly annotate PDF's.

Notion is helping me to accelerate and enhance the alignment of my research work to the client-facing advisement and teaching that I do. It is not only a kind of "second brain" but a powerful co-creator and collaborator that enables me to accomplish work with a quality and speed never before imaginable.
