Notion AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Meeting notes feature! I conduct a handful of customer interviews, and Notion AI helps me summarize themes across multiple meetings, giving me actionable insight. Before Notion AI this was an extremely manual process for me. It's saving me a ton of time and I use it daily. It also uses other data sources like Slack with gives the responses much more context.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with needing to reinstall the app a few times, but I think that's just because the Notion team is shipping so many great new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me take more effective notes and summarize themes, actions, and takeaways across multiple meetings and sources. I love the new "context" feature as well, to ground the AI in the context of my question/ask.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion stands out for its simplicity and flexibility. It's easy to learn and start using on day one, yet powerful and secure enough at an enterprise level for collaboration. Especially love Notion meetings. The notes are short and bang on, and the ability to use if for spontaneous online and offline meeting is the real difference. It has helped me countless times over the last year

Nothing, it genuine bang for buck and has earned a place on my dock. I use it several times every day

I dont like how it auto does things before confirming but thats an easy fix

Building backend super quick and effective. It's taken weeks worth of work and experience and dropped it down to an hour or two. CRAZZZY!
Notion + Notion AI review
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is very good at summarizing the information already within a notion page. I use it a lot to make final summaries of pages when I’m finished with them.
Also, I like the databases and how they are able to organize and hyperlink many related pages. It works great for organizing OKRs and related work to each KR.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is not very useful. It struggles to find related data from other notion pages, even when I prompt it to do so for summaries of data across multiple pages. Also, the lack of interactive tables is very frustrating. Even if they could do basic math like excel, that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is acting as a project management and lab notebook software for my company. It’s beneficial to me to have our OKRs and notes from experiments all in the same software. Previously, I had to have OKRs in the Google drive and lab notebook on benchling, and it was difficult to link KRs to specific experiments because of this.
Tha AI meeting transcript and summary are a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the AI meeting summarizes the meeting and initiates on its own. The placement of the notification is very helpful and easy to catch. I use it regularly and it has allowed me to be more present in meetings, more responsive afterwards and has prevented me from missing deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to dismiss a recording for a meeting. Some of my calls are very informal and do not require a recording. Notion creates a meeting anyway. It would also be beneficial if the mic was more sensitive. Some people in my calls are quiet speakers and it fails to pick up their voices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion enables me to track my tasks, keep notes and tasks easily accessible, and link them together. I use Notion primarily because its search function lets me look through meeting notes, projects, and tasks all in one place. This helps me stay organized and maintain a comprehensive repository of my knowledge, sources, and reasoning. I rely on it for my personal task management and note-taking, though it is not used across my entire company. I recently used it to take notes during a conference and was later able to reference the notes, transcript, and summary to write up a report for my team afterwards.
Great Product! AI features are helpful
What do you like best about the product?
In the end, it really comes down to how you and your team make use of all the features, but whatever you decide to accomplish, Notion has the tools to help you get it done. It's Affordable for all the potential it can unleash to your productivity & business systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had one support call, and I found that there are helpful resources and AI tools available to answer questions. However, early in the process, we were asked to pay for an additional support call. While this wasn't a major issue, I didn't appreciate having to pay for onboarding support after our initial call.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly versatile, offering a range of options that suit both my personal and professional knowledge management needs. The templating feature is invaluable, and Notion AI is a significant asset. I appreciate its cross-platform integration, which enhances its functionality. I also value how Notion listens to its users, implementing features that they care about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup with Notion to be a bit challenging. It's very versatile, offering numerous options, which initially made it difficult to decide on the structure I wanted to use. I've also noticed that other new users I've recommended it to have found it difficult to set up as well. It would be helpful to have more guidance and support available for newcomers to ease the initial learning curve and setup process.

I use Notion as my one-stop shop for knowledge management across personal, business, and entrepreneurship, integrating multiple platforms effectively.
AI that does work!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used AI for my business for over a year, this is the first time I have found AI that can do work for me! It creates tailored databases, pages, properties, and automations for me! This saves me weeks worth of hours of work, invaluable for a solo owner!

It cannot pull text from pdfs from docs I have uploaded into Notion

Getting tedious tasks done, organizing knowledge, offering guidance on curating databases to maximize its usefulness to me
Notion is the most flexible business platform available
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible. The AI integration, especially the newly-release agents, make navigating the platform and uploading new data insanely easy. I run my entire business from Notion, and the automations alone have saved me innumerable hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms that Notion has available could be better. The business plan allows for conditional logic, so that the look is cleaner, but I would like more options that don't necessarily require a property for each question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows for a huge amount of data to be structured and analyzed, and the automations make it so that I don't have to do nearly the same level of manual entry that I have with every other system.
Intelligence and structure
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is where we do our work. It looks after all the information and content we need, in a structure that we built around our needs. With AI added, contextually, feels like a crucial member of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike: at this point pretty much all the downsides have been fixed.

Notion is the repository of all organisation knowledge, our project manager and our business consultant.
