What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible once you get the structure right. It’s the only tool I’ve found that can handle both personal and professional organization — from managing family chores and my workouts to tracking work projects and finances. With databases, formulas, and integrations (specifically n8n), I’ve automated workflows that used to take hours. It’s elegant, endlessly customizable, and has become the single source of truth for my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep (but the AI capability directly in Notion as well as asking ChatGPT is helpfule). Setting up databases, rollups, and formulas takes patience — and some trial and error. Once configured, it’s amazing, but I wish some of the automation and relational features were more intuitive out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has solved the chaos of managing too many disconnected tools and lists. Before, I had separate apps for tasks, notes, projects, and finances — now everything lives in one connected system. It’s helping me centralize my family’s schedule, automate household chores, track financial goals, and run complex work projects with the same tool.
The biggest benefit is clarity — I always know what matters most, what’s next, and where everything lives. By connecting pages, databases, and automations, Notion gives me a personalized command center for my entire life.

What do you like best about the product?
I can organize all my notes, ideas, content and projects in one intuitive interface. Saving me hours of organizing and searching. Pages can be beautiful if you take the time to make them look like yours. I use notion multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a personal account, and companies typically aren't keen with integrations. We need more corporate buy in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Captures meeting notes and makes it very easy to scan for a solution. Organizes all my findings in one interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is capable to keep all my thoughts organized in a manner that allows me to quickly search across the entire database. It is also a great tool for meeting management as you can have it record, transcribe, and summarize the meeting highlighting action items to do. You can create so many different spaces for anything you can think of, be it project management, personal journals, club organization, coding partner, you think it, Notion can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a bit more security where it could allow a user to password protect a page or section for further advanced security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have notes in many separate apps or workspaces, now I can feel super confident keeping them in one place along with my project management tools to keep on track much smoother.
Notion has been easy to use and increasingly helpful as more features have been added.

Notion is easy to navigate and very simple to understand. An easy learning curve lets us spend more time actually working instead trying to figure out how to use our documentation platform.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Notion.

Notions helps us to store our documentation in an easy-to-access place, while also helping us find and understand how our documentation connects through the use of the AI.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI meeting agent is likely one of the best meeting note takers and topic aggregators I have ever encountered.

The ease of use is awesome, but it also allows for an incredible amount of disarray within your various pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining the features of AI and databases has exponentially sped up the time it takes for me to manage large volumes of data.
Powerful enough for businesses and easy enough for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The overall ease of use of the platform is fantastic. Not knowing anything about this world, the tutorial videos and community are top notch in the amount of content that is out there for people to learn. Coming into this as a complete new user was overwhelming, but I quickly started to grasp the differences of pages and how to use links, etc.
Love that it is free for users as well vs other companies that will gate and charge to use the product. I find myself coming back to notion every day to keep tasks updates, track expenses, programs, etc. From a paid perspective, there's a lot more that is opened up for integrations that I have recently started to love. Linking docs, keeping everyone on the same page and having one source of truth has been a huge improvement to workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be pretty high to get additional functionality. Going from the free account and wanting something with AI requires you to go to Business Enterprise essentially. There's no in between for a single user of Notion at this time. But if you use it constantly, it makes a TON of sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest one right now is organization with customers, consulting, personal and side gigs that are running all out of Notion. I have the ability to quickly search workflows, keep on track of all tasks and most importantly, record and analyze calls that I am having to stay on top of next steps. Biggest problem was not having a single source of truth and instead I had 100s of docs and spreadsheets all over the place that made things really hard to nail down.

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful and well organized for everything I need to organize my fitness coaching clients. Does a great job of creating all the databases and Notion AI has helped with that even more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have more than one line for line graphs. Such an easy thing to do in Excel or Sheets but need it for Notion!

Editing in real time — I love the new Formula AI feature! It’s truly been a lifesaver. The Document Hub is also fantastic. I think a lot of people are a bit intimidated by Notion because it can be used in so many different ways, but once you learn it, it’s so, so awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Awful printing experience. I need to be able to print tables for meetings, but I’m currently using a snipping tool to do so. This is not efficient, and the text becomes difficult to read when the table is large. Tables should print as cleanly and easily as charts.

I love Notion! It keeps me organized, and I use it every day with my virtual assistant so she knows what to do next. It's so flexible that I can work with it in many different ways.

While Notion is amazing and flexible, you have to be willing to take time to learn how to use it and to set it up. This is NOT the tool for a person who wants a simple out-of-the box experience.

I started using Notion because I wanted to move away from Evernote to save business and personal documents.
Now, besides just storing documents, I use it as a project management tool for me and for my virtual assistant. It's a great way to keep trck of things I need her to do and to make SOPs, etc.

Pros and Cons of Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how customizable and flexible it is, allowing me to adapt the program to suit any purpose I need. I can use it both professionally and for personal tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it doesn't feel as user-friendly as I would like. I wish there were a more straightforward way to understand how to customize it, as it often takes me a while to grasp how to use all of its features. Additionally, it seems a bit too easy to accidentally change or edit something. Since our team uses Notion for our company, I’m always worried that I might unintentionally delete or modify another user's content. We're also trying to use Notion AI during our Zoom calls, but I still haven't figured out how to get the AI to automatically detect a meeting in Zoom. While it works for some of my colleagues, others have the same issue as I do, and I have to set it up manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI provides me with actionable points for my upcoming meetings. It also assists me in organizing my content and curriculum for future use.
