Great for my business
What do you like best about the product?
It is comprehensive and flexible. I am also able to connect it to Claude and get it to design everything for me which is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit hard to get used to it in the first place but once you start it is hard to live without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is effectively my CRM plus meeting note taker. It is much better than my previous crm that didnt work properly. I can keep adding in new features.
Notion 3.0 is changing the game
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create and update engaging documents is unparalleled. It is also so much easier to collaborate with others and it's implementation of AI has been a gamechanger. I love the Notion Agent & can't wait for the custom agent launch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wearing my AI Program Management hat, I would love to be able to do more with the Notion <> ChatGPT connector e.g. agentic tasks directly from chatgpt. I would also like it to have a stricter policy for Enterprise clients wanting to use AI meeting notes with external customers e.g. an integration with Zoom and Salesforce whereby we could gain approval before recording, transcribing & updating notes because we cannot currently use this.
Wearing an enablement hat, I would love it to be able to validate information & suggest if there are changes needed based on integrated sources. This would allow us to remove access to our CMS.

My role is to make our revenue teams more efficient - Notion houses & easily organises all our key knowledge and allows me to easily build out resources to help our teams move faster.
Notion’s AI makes writing feel natural, not robotic
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Notion AI is how naturally it fits into my workflow. When I use it to draft emails or documentation, the tone feels human and genuine, and the generated text captures exactly what I want to express without sounding mechanical or overly AI-written.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the AI functionality gets stuck or takes longer to respond
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my notes and write emails more efficiently. The AI assistant makes it easy to draft messages with natural right tone and structure, so I can send emails smoothly without over-editing. I also love how Notion Mail automatically tags related items under my defined category — for example, categorizing emails from school / Amazon, etc, which saves me time from manually organizing everything.
Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, and how intuitive it is. The AI minute taking is insanely good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, greater controls over font / size would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minute taking has always been manual and time consuming. Notion has revolutionised this and given me so much time back.

Using Notion AI for Reflecting on Books
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the AI Writing Assistant to help me summarize meeting information, phone calls, and book summaries. I use this almost daily because it's so easy to use.
I use Notion to manage projects so this really helps when I'm in meetings with clients or vendors the phone so that I can focus on the conversation instead of documenting the calls. This is especially useful when I need to do an enterprise search of what the call was about and what was discussed.
It really helps me also when I'm listening to my audiobook. Usually, I'll want to talk out loud to summarize and reflect on the chapter that I just read. This helps me solidify information and gives me an opportunity to capture action items from the book.
I really love this feature because it does help me build out a more robust knowledge base that is easier to maintain and search through. I also love the ability to toggle between the AI summary and the actual transcript.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not available on web version yet. It seems to be only available now for the notion app or on phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me cut down on administrative tasks. I like how this summarizes information and action items from my meetings. I did have to get used to verbalizing people's names in the meeting so that Notion AI can capture the names and who was assigned what task and if there were any agreements/resolutions.
A Centralized, Powerful Tool That Keeps Everything Connected
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion centralizes information and makes it easily searchable by connecting with other tools like Slack, Jira, and its own internal databases. It’s incredibly versatile. I can use it to track and share tasks, record and summarize calls with clear action items, document processes, and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit disorganized at times. It’s not always intuitive to figure out how to do certain things or where to find specific features, which can slow down productivity until you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping information centralized by connecting with internal databases and being able to find information with a quick search. Also, recording calls and summarizing with action items.
Big fan of Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it incredibly easy to centralize all of my work — from documentation and project management to team dashboards and meeting notes — in one place. The flexibility of databases and linked views allows me to build dynamic workflows without needing a separate tool for every function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can lag a bit with larger databases or complex dashboards, especially when multiple users are editing at once. Offline functionality could also be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information. I now have one structured system where I can manage tasks, meeting notes, and long-term strategy in one place. It’s reduced time spent searching for files and made collaboration much more efficient.
Organizational Powerhouse with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion AI incredibly useful for creating pages, tasks, and templates quickly, which helps me stay on top of my tasks. I like having separate pages to organize work efficiently and maintain team communication by keeping everyone on the same page without separation. I appreciate how well Notion AI integrates, allowing creativity and personal detail in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially found Notion a bit confusing to set up, particularly in terms of creating things and making effective use of its AI capabilities. It required a level of creativity that I felt I lacked at the time. Moreover, the templates provided seemed quite rigid, often wanting you to follow them exactly as they are. I would appreciate more flexibility, such as having the ability to create templates via Notion AI and adding more depth and nested structure within a single page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects, facilitate team communication, and manage tasks efficiently with AI support.
Notion replaces apps
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a software platform that allows me to build what I need to manage my life and businesses. It is my second brain and my go-to resource for my digital life. It is the software version of the Lego’s that I played with as a child.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can sometimes become a black hole where my data exists but is lost in the dark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a project manager. It is the basis for my personal organizational process. Notion is a second brain. It helps me think about and organize the digital chaos of life in 2025.
