Big help writing tech docs
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to keep all my notes organized in one place and accessible from any device. When it comes to writing documentation—which is usually not my favorite task—Notion's AI Writing Assistant helps transform my rough drafts into something much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation feels a little clunky, particularly when I'm trying to create new pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for storing technical documents as well as for creating documents intended for customers.
Tentative at First ... but, then Sooooo Glad I Gave Notion AI a chance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feeling of flow it has in creating pages and interconnecting concepts and areas of interest. I also think the meeting transcription and summary is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not so keen on the table and dbase options, but that is likely on me and my understanding of what I really want such to do. I am not sure at all if it is an aspect of Notion that I care about. At the same, there was an initial feeling that building tables and dbases to track my life was what Notion AI was all about. That is still a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best meeting capture capacity for my purposes that I have found. I am mostly listening to trainings and online talks and other educational videos. I use Notion meet to transcribe it so I can just listen and take key notes. I am then able to integrate it into my growing knowledge base.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE Notion's new AI Integrations! The AI note-taking works so incredibly well for client notes and is a great addition to my business Notion Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Notion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates really great notes from my client sessions. The ability to have these notes stored in my database saves me so much time and also is so handy for me to reference in the future when I need to using the AI Database Assistant. Notion also helps me keep organised in my business!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion organizes all my knowledge in one place, ensuring I never lose it. The structured databases are invaluable, enabling me to get everything in the right fields and stored properly. The new AI feature is fantastic for turning unstructured pages into organized documents and performing web research, allowing me to interact with Notion more intuitively. The tool's ability to link information and run workflows smoothly enhances my productivity significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of Notion to be getting expensive over time. Additionally, there's a particular bug with the relational database picker where the fields appear in a random order rather than being organized. This lack of order is quite frustrating and I'd prefer if it were fixed.

Notion keeps all my knowledge structured and accessible in one place, allowing me to apply workflows and set reminders seamlessly.
Couldn't love Notion more if I tried!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience - it's so intuitive and has upped my organisation game x 1000. Using it as our central team working space team also enhances collaboration and ensures everyone is aligned on projects, timelines and content.

I think there could be some improvements made to make it a better platform for creative and marketing roles.

Notion removes any barriers to collaboration and streamlines projects with the ability to link across multiple documents, so there is always one single source of truth that the team can refer to. It's range of features allows us to use it in many different ways, from AI meeting note taking, databased, project plan management and more.
Best way to organize and improve my work and daily life
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me is that is really flexible and can be use in multiples fields, the one that i usually use is for daily life as a tracker and bullet journal, this helps me to organize better, to remove or add any page that i need according to the project that i'm currently working, an also as a diary that is private and easy to access for me.
It's been a great platform for me to improve my daily habits, and helps set up reminders and keep track of everything that i need to complete a project, that i have to admit, being able to see the complete task in real time, also to be able to use it in multiple devices, helps me to see all my achievements an keep a good mood while working!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's been difficult at the beggining to get use to use the platform and with the add-on of AI was really tedious to use it without feeling lost, once i was able to understand it was really smoth, but to be honest you have to spend some time to be able to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with managing tasks to complete a project in my work area, and helps me have a diary and keep track of different habits as personal use.
Great but still needs work
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get AI assistance when I'm in the middle of writing and editing. It helps suggest ways of improving my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I ask for a rewrite, often I get something that completely misses the mark. It puts in things that were not in the original. And it changes my writing to make it more flowering and sounding more like AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suggesting ways of improving my writing. It's handy to just be able to ask it what can be improved. Also, it provides information really quickly when I need it. That saves time as I don't need to Google and then try and find the best sources of information.
Notion for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how broad it is. There is so much you can do with Notion and the possibilities are endless. I love how easy it is to use. Even if there is something that I didn't fully understand, the Notion help center was extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't a whole lot that I didn't like about notion. If I were to pick something I didn't like it would be the aesthetics of it. The look wasn't the best.

It has been great for my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
IT is very easy to dump my ideas and help me to get organize and create a plan. I have a lot of ideas and I can get overwhelm but Notion AI help me to have a clear path of how to achieve them
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it it good for now but it can get more plug ins to make it more fun

My day to day task get easier with Notion AI, it is saving me time, help me get organize and help me to keep personal and professional plans in one place
Pretty good but AI needs work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and fairly intuitive. Helps me to organise many things in my business and considering replacing my CRM for Notion next year. The AI is OK, but needs some work. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI told me it was building out a whole form for me and it would take several hours... then several hours later told me it was built... when I questioned it it then admitted it can't build forms..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me keep a lot of my business in one place. Potential for it to replace my CRM this year, testing this at the moment. Integrates with other systems though I haven't used this much yet.
