Powerful Tool with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use AI to power my notes in Notion. It's easy to add items, find as I go, and even create databases and new templates. The automation, sharing, and collaboration features, along with the easy access, solve many problems for me. Despite its complexity, the initial setup was easy, and the time spent learning was well worth it.

It's a bit complex and takes time to learn

Notion solves automation, sharing, and collaboration issues. I like how easy it is to use AI to power my notes, making it simple to add items, find what I need, and create databases and new templates.
Love the Workspace Separation for Work vs Personal Content
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to seperate workspaces from private content rather then having to open up a seperate account
What do you dislike about the product?
I think i would love to see the ability to store chats in the ai agent? like we do with chatgpt so that you can categorise your conversations between personal or work etc maybe its already in there and i havent played around enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the board views and just being able to declutter my mind but adding statusses and categorising the content

What do you like best about the product?
It provides an aesthetic design for storing information and creates a streamlined flow for data. I’m still learning the system, but the more I use it, the more efficient I become.

Versatile and User-Friendly with Minor Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's AI model for organizing and creating tables and notes. Its simple and easy-to-use design is a plus for me. I also appreciate its versatility and how it connects with other apps or programs. It helps me save time and optimize organization, creating order and understanding. The setup was pretty easy, thanks to the guide tour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the weight it has on my computer. It's a little laggy and buggy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for budgeting, taking notes, organizing homework assignments and exams. It saves time and optimizes organization, creating order and understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion not only replaces Monday.com and our google spreadsheets, but it also has amazing AI capabilities. I'm really excited to build the automations within the tool as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about Notion at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me organize my day and give my team direction. It is going to help me step out from the middle solving problems and giving the team direction on a day-to-day basis.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Notion AI feature (keeping it a one stop shop), as well as the the general idea of Notion - it has been a game changer for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
My lack of knowledge on how to best use it. There is so many features that I’m not taking advantage of.

Streamlines Note-Taking with Powerful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for taking notes during calls, and it's great that I've started moving my documentation into it. Notion really helps me avoid the need to physically write out notes and saves time on getting back to information I might forget. It's particularly helpful with its check-off action items feature. I appreciate the team capabilities in Notion, making it easier for multiple people to work on different projects. The AI feature is especially useful as it clarifies communication and makes it easily understandable for everyone. I believe it saves us time through its AI transcription during team projects. Setting up Notion was very easy once we had domain SSO, which simplifies things for users and groups, making project collaboration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that when we were onboarding with Notion, it was just a little bit of a learning curve. I think the training needed to be a little bit more clear for me. But it might have been that I wasn't there for the acquisition. So it just took more time to understand it while having different platforms that we're already utilizing and needed to cut over items.

Notion reduces the need for physical note-taking during calls, preventing information loss, and helps organize documentation. It offers AI features that streamline communication and save time for our team projects.
Highly Customizable, great for scaling a company with client facing work and process documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is, how easy it is to find example templates that you can build off of and how I can structure things anyway I like to work best for our team. I also find it so easy to be able to interconnect systems, links and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it seems to take up so much bandwidth that it constantly slows my computer down while using. I am unable (but need to) share screen on notion and while on a video meeting often and my comptuer always has issues with that. Note: I am on a Macbook Pro with M3 chip and have high-speed internet. I also wish it has more automation capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource hubs. Creating processes for a rapidly scaling business that supports growth such as: onboarding templates and hubs and workflows, SOP creation, Hubs for various team, project intake and shared client portals. It works well for our client facing business.
Easy AI Template Setup That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up templates with AI. No need to learn tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot change fonts, so it sometimes looks ugly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it to record things.
