Knowledge Hub
What do you like best about the product?
At my company, we heavily rely on Notion for knowledge sharing, making it an essential part of our software toolkit. I appreciate that I can use it not only as a central hub for company-wide shared documents, but also for taking my own notes and organizing them so they are easy to find later. The integration with other software is also seamless, which gives Notion a real competitive edge, as it works well with nearly every other tool we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find the formatting options to be quite limited, and the AI features seem overpriced considering what they actually provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform serves as a central hub for knowledge sharing and documentation. It brings together resources and information, making it easier to collaborate and keep important details organized in one place.
A must have for any PM or anyone wanting to stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about Notion is that you can store just about anything in it—pictures, documents, spreadsheets, and even set cut-off and start dates. The possibilities with Notion truly feel limitless. I especially enjoy being able to customize it to match the way I process information. It genuinely feels like having my brain organized within an app. I keep both my personal and professional materials in Notion, and it has honestly been a game changer for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first began using the platform, I found there was a bit of a learning curve. I really wish there were more how-to videos available. While I know there are templates provided, I personally wanted to mix and match different elements from each one. It would be helpful if they offered a more extensive instruction library, or even included links to content creators who teach how to use Notion. For example, I followed a step-by-step guide by Thomas Frank, which helped me get started, and from there I was able to develop my own style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has really helped me stay organized in my line of work, where there is always so much information to manage. Instead of having piles of papers on my desk or needing a huge binder for every job, I can keep everything neatly arranged in one place. I also appreciate being able to create an archive system for previous jobs, which makes it easy to find what I need instantly. On top of that, it helps me keep track of my inventory and lets me know when I need to order more. It truly feels like having a second brain.
Helpful For Organizing Lots of Recurring Tasks and Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout of Notion, especially because I have many recurring tasks at various intervals, such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly. It's clear and easy to use, and being able to link different pages to other things is very helpful. What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I like about Notion so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has completely transformed my note-taking experience. As someone responsible for taking minutes for multiple meetings each week, this tool has made my life significantly easier. I now feel confident that I won't miss any key details during discussions.
Diverse, powerful knowledge, task, and project management
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it can combine several tools into one: it's a note-taking app, a todo list, and a project management task all at once. The AI has also been very useful; I don't even bother with any external AI subscriptions because the Notion AI does such a good job of answering all my questions. It is usually more relevant than other AI chatbots too because of my workspace being part of its context.
I use this daily for work, church, and personal knowledge & task management and would not switch to another tool.
I use this daily for work, church, and personal knowledge & task management and would not switch to another tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not major downsides. I've put in a feature request to export AI chats to a new page, which would be very useful since I often want to save the contents of the chat for later reference. But there's really very little I dislike about it.
There are fiddly things too, like sometimes getting a blank line between 2 other blocks or at the end can be tricky, as Notion thinks you're just highlighting a table or database or whatever block instead.
Another annoying thing is Google integrations require that your account be a workspace account which is really aggravating. I pay for a lot of Google Drive storage and would LOVE Notion to be able to incorporate those files in its AI, but because it's a personal account the integration fails. PLEASE fix this. It would also be nice if it would work with OneDrive (maybe via local copies of files?) and other such things that require org-level approval, though I understand that might be difficult to accomplish.

Integrates task & knowledge management (came from Evernote + Todoist before, which worked but was not nearly as powerful and not integrated at all). AI chatbot that is aware of my specific projects is a great feature; it consistently hones the responses to be much more useful than generic chatbots I've used in the past.
Best for bullet notetaking and scraping articles online
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to type and add bullet points. What stands out to me is the link copyboard feature, which lets you save articles from websites online. I’ve found this especially helpful for taking notes and highlighting the most important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the copyboard doesn't function properly on certain websites, which can be frustrating. Additionally, when exporting to PDF, there isn't an option to format the output as a document with adjustable margins and font size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been useful for taking notes during meetings and creating summaries afterward. It helps me stay organized and keep track of important points discussed.
Notion is my new assistance & BFF
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is hands-down the most versatile tool in my entire workflow. It’s my digital brain, creative playground, task manager, and client hub all in one. I use it to plan product launches, brainstorm with my team, document trading setups, and even map out my personal goals. The ability to combine databases, boards, calendars, and wikis in one place with beautiful UX is a total game-changer. I love how easily it adapts to me, whether I need a structured dashboard or a quick capture tool, it’s always ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app still feels a bit slow and clunky, especially with large databases or heavy pages. Offline mode could also be more reliable, there’s nothing worse than being on a flight or in a dead zone and not having access to key info. Also, while the flexibility is incredible, the learning curve can be steep for new users without templates or guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run two businesses and used to juggle dozens of docs, spreadsheets, and tools just to stay organized. Notion has completely eliminated that chaos by becoming a central knowledge base for everything—client notes, trend reports, coaching transcripts, SOPs, and internal training. It’s helped me reduce duplicate work, onboard team members faster, and keep everything searchable and accessible in one place. The biggest benefit? Clarity. With Notion, my team and I spend less time looking for answers and more time taking action.
User Friendly and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and how in depth you can get with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a little more excel capability. It does a lot but it could always do more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily task tracking, consultation hours, meeting notes, knowledge bases, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to integrate more platforms and SaaS solutions that our specific business uses into their AI knowledge base functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for information management, making data easily accessible and contextualized, enhancing organizational efficiency with integrations and AI, and onboarding new team members swiftly.
An ever-evolving product worth investing
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me is its power and versatility across all areas of our company. The AI keeps getting better, and the recent, frequent updates have truly convinced me to stick with this product. As more of my work, whether it's projects, meetings, wikis, or planning, gets managed within the software, it has become my primary AI tool. I recently created my first tracker that brings together our asset, development, and design teams into a single project, and the feedback from the team has been very positive. Please continue with the frequent updates and ongoing innovation!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found it quite overwhelming. The "blank canvas" approach left me feeling disoriented, and it took me nearly a year to become truly comfortable using it. I also depended on insights from other influencers and reviewers to grasp its full potential. Although I'm still learning, the rewards have definitely made the effort worthwhile so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together note-taking, knowledge retrieval, and project timelines in a single platform has been a game-changer. I used to bounce between several tools and my team was forced to do the same.
