Taking good notes at uni, whilst being able to ask the ai bot questions at the same time. It is very helpful and saves me a lot of time

It is a one-stop solution that helps teams stay connected within the workspace and allows them to manage all their work on a single platform, including projects, tasks, and documents. Additionally, its AI features assist in generating content and simplifying tasks.

'Notion' makes task Productive and simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives you many wase to customisation your daily task and activity with easy to use and simple interface. I use it on regular basis for documenting my daily activity. It has numerous of features that will come handy when you need it.

Nothing serious to dislike about Notion but you ask then i will say sometimes its feel little bit confusing for new users.

Notion solving the problem of note taking, documenting, analysing and many more thing at a single place with full features of customisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Instead of needing separate apps for notes, team documents (wikis), and project tracking, I can put everything into one place. It’s like having a digital LEGO set for my workspace.
I can turn a simple list of tasks into a Kanban board, a calendar, or a timeline with just a click, and the data stays connected.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little slow and sluggish when you have really big databases or when pages have a lot of pictures and content. The mobile app is still not as fast or as smooth as the desktop version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SEO professional, I find that Notion effectively addresses the major challenge of having a scattered workflow and isolated content silos. It allows me to bring together my keyword research, content briefs, content calendars, and internal documentation—such as our link building SOPs, into a single, cohesive workspace.
I love notion AI it has improved my workflow and ability to do my job immensely. 10/10 recommend!

Notion is great at making sure I am able to have everything connected in one place. They also stay up to date with AI and AI agents to help make your workload easier and to make things easier to find.

Navigation can sometimes be tricky for first time users as everything is connected, it can also sometimes be a learning curve at first on how to organize pages.

I REALY like the modular function of Notion and ease of use

I think Notion AI can use some improvement, especially with how well it pulls context, but overall, it is really good and easy to use.

It has solved documentation issues, organizing and writing knowledge base documentation is easy on Notion
Excellent solution for management of multiple aspects of GTM strategy but the new API is killing us!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a very powerful tool that has enabled a ton of valuable cross function collaboration across our org. Personally I use it for task management but our org has been using it for project management and knowledge sharing and it has become integral in our day to day. It is user friendly and rather intuitive as well which is good for quick adaptation across functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, as we automate with Zapier the new Notion API update has basically caused our Notion use to completely cease. (At least from an automated doc creation perspective.) This is something that needs to get worked out ASAP. Prior to updating key components of a product considerations should be made for how that product interacts with the rest of industry and standard ways that orgs utilize multiple apps in the GTM strategy. This not only took us by surprise but it is crippling our productivity to a point where we have to pull resources to build new DBs to replace those no longer functioning. Huge drain, big miss guys.
