Versatile, Customizable, and User-Friendly Workspace

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for both work and personal projects because it gives me a clear space to write down my ideas and organize everything in an easy-to-access way. The customization options are great, allowing me to tailor my space specifically for the project at hand, whether it's a big, complex task with many dependencies or something lighter for my personal life. Notion's AI writing assistant feature also make the experience seamless, offering structure suggestions based on my past projects and even translation options. It's really handy and user-friendly when you know the right templates or structures you need. I also appreciate how polished, neat, and organized everything looks, regardless of the task complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say sometimes Notion, because it has so many options, can be difficult to navigate and find the right fit with structures or templates. Sometimes it's hard to find that perfect fit because there's just so many options, but I think it eases with experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my projects by providing a clear space for ideas and a knowledge hub for easy access and reference. I can link pages, create checklists, and ensure nothing is missed. The AI features suggest structures, making projects more seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project hubs, task management, campaign briefs, content calendars, and the Notion AI assistant. I like the clarity and user friendliness of Notion, as it helps me find keywords or projects quickly and allows me to work on multiple things in one window. The hub function is also a favorite of mine because it helps separate sections within a dashboard or page. The initial setup was very easy, which adds to its appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing

Streamlined Knowledge Management with Intuitive Interface

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user interface because it's easy to use and read. I also appreciate how it's integrated with Claude, which makes things efficient. The initial setup was very easy, especially since I've used it before this job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you would need another membership for folks to view it. It makes sense to charge everybody who uses it, but since I'm the only person using Notion right now, it would be great if there was a way to convince my founders to invest in it more, maybe through a trial or a special type of membership. Where, you know, let's say one other person could view things and whatnot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of outdated and non-existent documentation for me. It's easy, quick, and efficient to turn things into a document and connect it to Claude.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the expandability of Notion and the ability to make the pages do exactly what I want. It's very handy to use because I can customize the display to show only what I need without any fluff. This makes it great for note-taking. I also find it useful to search and use the AI to find answers to questions in my documents. Additionally, setting up Notion was super easy with the drag and drop functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a little steep for Notion. Wish that could be improved, but I'm not sure exactly how. There are many YouTube videos out there that teach you how to use Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track assignments and classes easily, providing an overview of my student life at a glance.

Versatile, Intuitive Workspace Solution

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion is a really powerful tool that enables you to personalize your workspace exactly as you want it. You can organize information in a really clear structured way, and you can start from scratch, adding anything to a page or project. It's very easy to keep track of different projects, campaigns, and the progress of all these different things. It also allows people to have visibility into your work and see what others are working on. I find it pretty straightforward with no real blockers; it's very intuitive, even for those not used to working with Notion. Overall, it's a great tool for organizing and managing work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI capabilities are really good but there are some things that are still needed to improve upon. The ability for Notion to pull information from across Notion's workspace into specific projects or tasks would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us with enterprise search and knowledge management by providing visibility across teams. It's easy to track project progress without asking for updates and allows access to the knowledge database to see our company's evolution and future plans.

Bridging Planning and Execution in Project and Operations Management with Notion

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion for project management is how naturally it brings everything together. Tasks, timelines, and documentation live in one place, making it easy to stay organized, keep people on task, and move projects forward without unnecessary friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that email attachments in Notion Mail don’t flow cleanly into projects, which creates extra steps and breaks momentum when managing work that depends on shared files and timely handoffs. I am sure Notion is currently working to rectify this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What Notion solves for me is the gap between planning and execution by providing a shared home for projects, tasks, and documentation. Instead of ideas living in one place and actions happening somewhere else, everything stays connected, making it easier to understand what needs to happen and why it matters.

From an operations and project management perspective, this reduces unnecessary follow-ups and status checks because the context is already there. Teams can see progress, reference decisions, and access supporting documents without having to chase information across tools, creating a smoother, more predictable workflow.

Over time, this consistency builds confidence. Projects feel more controlled, handoffs are clearer, and execution becomes less reactive. That reliability is what ultimately allows teams to focus on delivering quality work instead of managing confusion.
