Flexible and Customizable, Needs Improved Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its flexibility to create internal workflows and tools that adapt to my needs. Instead of having to bend my work approach, I can reconfigure Notion to work for me by creating automations, databases, and connections. I also value its organization of ideas and the ability to create documents to track work in progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Notion could improve its ability for better automation of organizing workspaces and auto-titling new documents. Sometimes I just want to quickly add a note, but it gets easily lost in the shuffle. Also, there was a learning curve initially. I started using it as a markdown editor, but discovering its more powerful features took time to learn.

Notion helps with the organization of ideas and tracking work in progress. It gives me the flexibility to create workflows that adapt to my needs with automations and databases.

While Notion is feature-rich, sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming for new users because of the sheer number of customization options. The offline mode also isn’t as strong as I’d like, and performance can lag slightly when working with very large databases or heavy pages.

Notion helps me consolidate all my work in one place—project management, note-taking, documentation, and task tracking. Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming to figure out all the powerful features, and it takes time to learn the best way to organize things.
Offline access is still lacking, so I’m stuck when the internet drops or I’m traveling, which can be pretty inconvenient.

Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation, even a person who is using it for the first time can understand it well. The document reports are simple to share and store here. The best part is free to use.
