What do you like best about the product?
I can easily create a multi-level dashboard, which really helps me build my system.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows me to centralize documents, tasks, and wikis in one place with flexible databases, customizable views (table, board, timeline), and templates. Real-time collaboration and granular permissions make it easy to keep everyone aligned without using a thousand tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In large spaces, it can become slow and version control is limited for fine changes. The search sometimes does not prioritize well, and advanced permission management requires many clicks. The initial learning curve can also be high for new users.

Notion centralizes information that was previously scattered across multiple tools, reducing duplication and data loss. Notion is best because it helps to take notes on our important calls and make our tasks through that.

Using in phone it is not suitable other than that everything is good.

Notion is solving my problem by giving exact note on the meeting and what is the requirement from client. So that we able to build the modal which is benefiting for us.

I have been using Notion since long time for managing all my tasks. It allows user to customize from various templates according to needs of the project. We can track daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features and adjustments for user. For user it should have small get started guide for features. That can help to understand the features well and user can utilise all of it.

We are utilising it for all our projects. It has increased our productivity by proper multi-level tracking of tasks.

Notion AI helps me summarize my notes, plan papers with generated outlines, and support my writing with easy-to-use suggestions. I find myself using Notion AI daily.

Learning how to ask questions or generate prompts can take a bit.

The simplicity of making a note, the speed at which I can get my hands on data I need, and the reliability of having that data wherever I need it - desktop or mobile,

The AI feature has been useful in a few scenarios, like writing suggestions, but overall, I tend to rely on other AI tools more than the one built natively into the platform.
