All in-One Workspace That Adapts to You

  • September 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility. It’s not just a note-taking app - it adapts to whatever I need, whether that’s managing projects, creating a knowledge base, or organizing personal to-dos. The ability to build custom pages and databases makes it feel like a tool that grows with me, instead of forcing me into a fixed structure. Collaboration is also smooth — sharing pages and working with teammates in real-time feels effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve noticed with Notion is performance - larger pages or databases can sometimes feel slow to load. The mobile app, while functional, isn’t always as smooth or easy to use as the desktop version. Also, because Notion is so flexible, it can feel overwhelming at first, and setting up the right structure takes a bit of time. Once it’s customized though, it works beautifully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped us centralize all our knowledge in one place. Instead of scattered documents and files, we now have a single knowledge base where the team can easily find processes, guidelines, and project updates. It also makes product management much smoother - we use databases to track feature requests, roadmap items, and progress, all connected in a way that keeps everyone aligned. This has reduced confusion, improved transparency, and saved us countless hours of searching through old docs or chat threads.

Their new AI search makes Notion the best knowledge management tool

What do you like best about the product?
- Notion is incredibly composable across the rest of my stack
- I can use Notion with Clay, Dust, Slack, etc., to reference all of my internal data wherever I need
What do you dislike about the product?
- I've found the speed for Notion's API to be a bit slow and unreliable. Wouldn't recommend it as a lightweight CMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We need a consistent repo for all of our company's knowledge, and Notion makes it easy to catalogue it all and organize it in an easy way to use in-platform and via other tools.

“Great all-in-one workspace with useful AI features”

  • September 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion combines notes, tasks, and collaboration in one place, so I don’t have to jump between different tools. The AI features are very handy for summarizing meeting notes, drafting content, and rephrasing text quickly. It saves time and helps keep my workspace more organized. I also enjoy how customizable the pages and templates are, which makes it easy to adapt for both personal and team use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of all the customization options. The mobile app is less smooth compared to the desktop version, especially for heavy editing. Some features, like Notion AI, are only available with limited free usage, and the extra cost can add up if you want to use it regularly. It would also be nice if performance was a little faster when working with large databases or complex pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize all my notes, tasks, and resources in one central place instead of spreading them across different apps. It works well as a knowledge base where I can store information and easily search for it later. The AI features also save time by summarizing long content, drafting outlines, and helping me improve my writing. Overall, it reduces context switching, keeps my work structured, and makes collaboration more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, as I said in the title, the user-friendliness of Notion is so great that anyone can use it with ease. I have also been using Notion for a long time, and it's been a great experience. The best thing I like is the templates that they provide, as well as the whole community to share templates, and secondly, the freedom to create anything as needed from scratch. The adaptation and implementation of work via this becomes way better. And the frequency of working daily due to this, since it works as a to-do list, increases. The integrations are good, but there are several issues and privacy policies, due to which it becomes a little bit hard. Lastly, I haven't connected to their customer support yet cause the product is itself that great, that's why I haven't needed the customer support till today.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike could be a single thing that I was facing recently which was, If someone shares their private page to you then it creates a new workspace instead of adding it to the same. Otherwise it is a great app though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to put things together since I am a messy person, and writing all my work project management hardware form on paper will be worse in my case since I have a very bad memory. That's why Notion helps me to stack up all my to-dos, management of personal life and management of my agency and employees. Also, I am currently trying to use Notion in my AI agent integrations.

Notion- Time management

  • September 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can set it up exactly how I want, whether that’s a simple to-do list, a full project tracker, or a detailed calendar. Everything is in one place, and I don’t need to switch between multiple apps to manage my schedule and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that setting things up takes time, and if you don’t customize it properly, it can end up feeling more complicated than helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve the problem of having tasks, notes, and plans scattered across different apps. Instead of jumping between a calendar, sticky notes, and reminders, I can keep everything in one place. This saves time, keeps me more organized, and makes it easier to actually stick to my schedule.

The most over-hyped crappy software that will frustrate anyone who cares about organized systems

  • September 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like - at a single page level - that you can make any type of page you want (tables, code, lists, copy doc, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no folder system so finding things are impossible. Once you start using it for your organization you will never be able to find files/docs you made six months ago... and the search function is pretty much useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It performs the same function as Google Docs or Microsoft Word (I run a marketing department)... but i know the tech team uses it for different purposes.
