Notion AI helps me gather information quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I like using notion to organize documentation quickly using different emojis, statuses, tables, and pages. Additionally, using Notion AI, I am able to quickly gather internal context to make quick informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality (not using Notion AI) is not very accurate. I have trouble searching for and locating specific pages that I know exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me as a product manager quickly document and search for information. I use Notion to create documentation for technical documents such as acceptance criteria and assumptions for jira tickets. I am able to gather technical approaches, assumptions, and previous issues to make informed decisions.
Useful tool to find information, a little hard to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Search is crucial, it's the best way to navigate through the platform. It can connect to different information repositories to pull answers for other places (other than Notion).
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used many intranet and internal knowledge bases and this has basically no visuals, everything is in a long list format, no tiles, no graphic design to help draw your eye to areas, which makes it decently hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our Knowledge Base to hold things like battlecards, enablement, Infosec information, IT, Security, and Insurance information.
Notion is Life! We use it every day!
What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to have easy to build databases, especially creating daily logs of all of the work we are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting gets off, but it's really easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in many meetings every day and need to be able look back at notes for any day. Being able to search this with AI is very helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very easy to learn and provide a great place for knowledge and product management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little time to learn how the databases and sharing work.

Notion hosts all of our internal FAQs and information for our internal employees.
Outstanding organizational capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
This software effectively acts as a second brain. It's a place where I can keep all of my notes, "to do" list, processes, procedures, documents, etc. all in one place. With the AI transcribe feature, I usually don't even need to "take" notes! The program takes them for me and even generated action items!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started can be challenging, but templates help tremendously

Notion is catapulting my organizational management and ability to stay on task.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and my team stay on track with projects and the ability to customize workspaces really benefit our different working styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a learning curve on how to effectively use Notion and all its capabilities but that is for any product so not so much a dislike but an expectation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as researchers have to develop and write test scripts, moderators guides, project documents, etc so having the AI writing assistant has been extremely helpful and time-saving.
Easy and Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
The AI summary is accurate and very helpful so I can focus on my meetings instead of taking notes

Can't think of anything top of mind that needs to be addressed

I exclusively use notion for note taking. It's helpful so I can listen and engage with my customer calls

Organising work and teams, with AI to simplify workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is lacklustre. I’ve had a crucial ticket unresponded to for 5 months.

Notion has made life so much easier, and I love the AI Writing Assistant & AI meeting note taker is a game changer

it takes some getting used to with the short cuts but it is super helpful once you know.

Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI assisted features, mainly transcript recording.

I do not like the browser version, as i have seen connectivity issues.
