What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI writing assistant, he is so helpful when I can't find what I need or I need a better way of phrasing it. I also love the fact that it makes project management much easier, I can easily find what I need to better serve my company!
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion it can be daunting to log in and try and find something, but I know my AI assistant is always there to help me.

Excellent use of Notion AI, along with navigating pages from topic to topic is easy to find

A bit difficult to create pages from scratch as certain styles take a bit of navigation to get to.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion combines the flexibility of a blank canvas with the structure of a database. I love how I can create customized pages for projects, documentation, or personal notes and then link everything together. The ability to collaborate in real time with teammates makes it easy to keep information centralized, while templates save a lot of time when setting up new workflows. I also appreciate how visually clean and intuitive the interface is—it feels less like “work software” and more like a creative tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, Notion can sometimes feel overwhelming at the start due to its many features and lack of a strict structure. The mobile experience is also less smooth compared to desktop, especially when working with complex databases. Additionally, large pages with lots of embedded content can be slow to load, which interrupts the workflow. I wish offline mode were more reliable, as it’s difficult to use when internet connectivity is poor.

Notion has become our central hub for knowledge management, project tracking, and team collaboration. It solves the issue of information being scattered across different tools by bringing everything into one place—whether it’s documentation, workflows, or project plans. This makes it much easier to onboard new team members, maintain a single source of truth, and avoid duplication of effort.
From a business perspective, Notion reduces time spent searching for information, streamlines project management, and improves transparency across teams. Its powerful database and search features allow us to connect related information quickly, which helps with decision-making and ensures that nothing important falls through the cracks. Overall, it improves productivity, alignment, and the quality of our work.

Wish there were more live feedback rather than tutorials maybe liek sample ideas that you can just drag and drop for design of pages

Notion helps everyone stay on track rather than having to jump on calls all the time we can al collaborate separately while staying on track of the end goal.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI/UX - it feels clean and generally easy to use. I also like the integrations that are possible. I use Notion to update documentation. I have never used customer support, but they seem available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how tricky it can be to format sometimes.

Streamlining all of my information easily and being able to integrate other apps/platforms.
Truly amazed at how much it helps me with my job.

The flexibility to build whatever type of tracker I need. I have databases of all sorts of projects that I'm working on that help so much more than excel would.

It can grow a little haphazardly where you forget where to check for your 'to dos'.

Initially for an intranet solution but it helps me stay focused on projects and AI notetaking.
