Notion: A Feature-Rich Tool with Room for Offline Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's ability to organize information neatly, like a smart notebook, which keeps my data well-managed. I enjoy creating pages within pages and the unlimited storage it offers. The seamless database connection is incredibly useful, and I find the calendar integration ideal for scheduling my day effectively. Its features and effectiveness make it a valuable tool for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion not very beginner-friendly. Initially, I faced challenges in understanding and using it effectively, which required me to refer to YouTube tutorials to get a basic understanding. Also, the lack of offline integration is a downside for me, as it limits the usability of some tools when I'm not connected to the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my data, manage schedules, and set reminders, acting as a smart notebook for all my needs.
My thoughts on Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion doesn't force me into a specific workflow. I've built a project tracker, a personal reading list, and a content calendar, all linked together. It’s like a box of Legos for organizing my brain.
The interface is clean and aesthetically pleasing. It's so much more fun to organize my work here than in a drab spreadsheet or a clunky task manager. I can customize pages with icons and covers, which makes it feel personal.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably my biggest complaint. When I'm on a plane or have a poor internet connection, I can't access or update my notes. For a tool meant to be my "second brain," this is a huge drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to consolidate a lot of my tools into one. No more jumping between a note app, a task manager, and a wiki. It all lives in Notion, which saves me a lot of mental energy.
The Bad:
The Bad:
Still trying it out but happy so far
What do you like best about the product?
The app has so many functions and gives you a sense of scalability
What do you dislike about the product?
The app seems a bit like a developers site, the layout could scare not so tech savvy individuals

Notion is helping to manage personal home projects including monthly budgets
Feature Packed Power Users Dream
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customization with rooting in a structure, powerful databases, AI that does a good job of referencing your notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has crept up and up and is approaching unsustainable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a substitute for several other apps, including note taking, file management, structured databasing, todolisting and project management, and more than I can come up with here!

A Flexible All-in-One Workspace for Teams and Individuals
What do you like best about the product?
Notion’s flexibility is its biggest strength. It allows me to combine notes, project management, databases, and documentation all in one place. The ability to create custom dashboards, link pages together, and use templates makes it extremely versatile for both personal productivity and team collaboration. I especially appreciate how easy it is to centralize knowledge and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users since there are so many features and customization options. Performance sometimes slows down on large pages or databases, and offline support could be better. The mobile app is functional but not as smooth or powerful as the desktop/web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate multiple tools into one platform—no need to switch between separate apps for notes, task management, wikis, or documentation. It solves the problem of scattered information by giving me a single source of truth for both personal projects and team workflows. This saves time, improves collaboration, and makes knowledge sharing much easier. The ability to customize workflows means I can adapt Notion to fit exactly how I work, rather than adjusting my process to fit the tool.
Notion help me in trading notes and daily plan

Great for Creating Notes and Trackers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease to use the notion app. I create notes on notion almost every-time while studying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things might get a bit difficult to understand while creating complex trackers. Although the new AI of notion can handle that as well with a single prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me in creating notes, through which I can easily go back and revise them. It has cut down the time of me making notes personally with a pen and paper. Now I can just create a new page about a particular topic and go on writing about anything include images and links as well so that in future I can reference them as well.

Our company is moving away from it, sadly, simply due to its lack of differentiating value from existing enterprise wiki Confluence, which is already more widely used by other departments in our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of search, ease of document creation, cleanliness of presentation.
