The Best Productivity Tool for Teams and Individuals
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for almost anything task management, project tracking, note taking or even as a knowledge base. The ability to create custom pages, link databases and collaborate in real-time makes it stand out from other tools. I also love how clean and minimal the interface is, yet it allows me to build complex workflows without feeling overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel slow when working with large databases or loading heavy pages. The offline mode also isn’t as smooth as I’d like, which makes it harder to use on the go without a stable internet connection. While the tool is very powerful, the flexibility can be overwhelming for new users, and it takes some time to set up workflows in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me bring all my tasks, notes and resources into a single workspace instead of relying on multiple apps. It solves the problem of scattered information by allowing me to organize projects, class/work notes, and documentation in one place. The ability to collaborate with others in real-time also improves teamwork and reduces miscommunication. Overall, it saves me time, keeps me organized, and makes it easier to stay on top of both personal and team responsibilities.

Great for Organization, Disappointing AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very effective for document organization. It allows me to create detailed overviews of components in my product efficiently. The setup process was straightforward, enabling me to create folders and documents with ease. Its integration capability with different tools is quite beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Notion AI experience. I signed up for Notion because of its AI integration, but I don't see the best models there. It's unable to pull relevant data that I need, which makes it the worst kind of experience I'd expect. Although the initial AI features seemed useful, I've found that tools like Chat GPT offer a much better way for organizing thoughts and data. Also, having the latest AI models with good limits and perhaps capabilities like running Python scripts on my documents would significantly enhance my Notion experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my documents into detailed overviews and product components, making it easier to branch tasks efficiently.
What can't Notion do?
What do you like best about the product?
Notion feels limitless when it comes to organizing information. I love that I can use it as a notes app, task manager, database, and knowledge hub all in one. Its flexibility lets me build customized systems without needing multiple tools, and the collaborative features make it easy to share pages or workspaces with others. The templates and integrations save time, but what stands out most is how adaptable it is—whether for personal projects or complex team workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it can do almost everything, the flexibility can also be overwhelming at first. There’s a learning curve in figuring out the best way to structure pages and databases, and it’s easy to overcomplicate things. Sometimes performance lags a bit when handling very large databases or lots of embedded content. Also, offline functionality still isn’t as strong as I’d like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become my centralized source of knowledge. Instead of juggling multiple apps for notes, tasks, and documentation, I can manage everything in one place. It helps me keep track of projects, organize resources, and create systems that are easy to search and update. Having all information in one hub reduces context switching and saves time, while also making collaboration smoother since teammates can access the same pages and databases. It’s essentially my second brain—structured and accessible whenever I need it.
