Notion has made my Book Series building and writing so much better
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and how customizable it is. It's a huge step up from what I was using before, being various free Google stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any dislikes, just wish there was an easy way to have Notion auto-link things. My Book Series building and writing, for instance, would benefit greatly if Notion would auto-link my characters' names to their respective character sheets and what not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving so many things, from my Book Series' Timeline, Character Sheets, Family Trees, Power Orginization, Group Organization, and more! It solved so many things that I simply couldn't do all in one place anywhere else I looked.
Very good for managing my company task flow.
What do you like best about the product?
I basically use notion for two things journal and task management.
The task management dashboard that I make can have multiple features by categories who will be working on them what will be the deadlines the status progress and many more dependencies and all of them combined together make it so handy that I small level business can make a use of it also for personal development and uses I use journal part of the application also there are certain other features which I don't use on top of that quick note is also good.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about notion because it is a fully featured application which I need there is not something which is not available in the notion. I am still using the free version so there are some limitation like you get unlimited file uploads and you can invite multiple guests, maybe in hundreds and the paid version of the nation. But still for my task the free version is more than enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task management is the major problem that I am solving by using motion I can assigned different task to my teammates and get the status is on them

Notion really helps to keep important files, links and docs organized along with content creation option with lots of features.

Nothing probably, even free plan is more than enough for me.

The AI Writing Assistant is helpful for quick drafting, but it struggles with domain-specific or technical content, so I always need to fact-check. Offline support is still limited, which makes it hard to work reliably without internet. Finally, while integrations exist, some are shallow compared to dedicated tools, which means extra manual steps when trying to connect scientific or analytics pipelines.

Excellent all-in-one workspace for executive support and team coordination
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's flexibility allows me to create custom databases for tracking executive calendars, meeting notes, project status, and client information all in one place. The template system streamlines recurring administrative tasks, making everything more efficient.

Loading times can be slow with large databases, and the mobile app lacks some advanced formatting features needed for quick updates on-the-go.

Notion consolidates executive schedules, meeting notes, project planning, and knowledge bases into a single platform. It streamlines administrative coordination, eliminates scattered documentation, and improves team transparency and access to essential resources.
The all in one workspace
What do you like best about the product?
The first and foremost thing is we can note everything what we do in our daily life easily and it is very easy to use. Simple UI and light application. We can also share and collaborate the notes within our team or outsiders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed one thing thet it is offering some limit when we are not connected with internet. Sometimes it will lagbased on the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will use this and track my project records like transcriptions of calls, notes etc and i will also use this for my personal stuff. It is a realtime when i change something whole team willget its updates.

If I need some technical details regarding some of the Tech hardwares, its providing the same.
One app that does it all
What do you like best about the product?
Notions flexibility and wealth of features makes my life as a Product Manager so much easier. I start my daily routine with Notion, and I manage all of my projects and planning with it, and use features like the database (with it's board and calendar view) to really understand what my priorities are.
We also use notion AI as a resource for knowledge centralisation, since it's connected to our Slack and Google Drive, we're able to easily ask questions about meetings that took place.

What do you dislike about the product?
There will be times where the overly flexible nature of it means we don't have the rich feature set we would have from other apps, e.g. Jira still has more overall dev features that notion doesn't such that we can't fully rely on Notions kanban board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having integrated most of our other daily apps, we're easily able to search up whatever information we need. On top of that, having all of our data in one place, also makes Notion AI more context aware and easier to start piecing multiple things together. Previously we would have to rely on a more strict folder structure that no one is able to follow to keep things organised, so having this search/chatbot really solves a lot of our problems.
Notion is my second brain for my life and my businesses- its the best project management solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the various databases and views. I also found it incredibly helpful when they rolled out AI. I can now execute faster!

I previously wished that Notion was available in offline mode but now it is!
