The way that it can link databases very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration to other platforms like google sheets etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation for a multitude of things. I work in marketing so whether it's forward planning or campaign implementation, storing campaign information in a logical way, it's helpful. Really like the database design. Only thing missing are reporting capabilites and somehow being able to map a database to spreadsheets and building reports. Or using the data on Google Mail, for example I store all my campaign info here and sometimes want to recall it when I write an email, so would be awesome if that was linked

My favorite thing about Notion is how quickly it pulls together information from different platforms. It gives me a bird’s-eye view of the accounts I support, along with the history and context that would otherwise take hours to dig up manually. I can type a short sentence and get hours’ worth of research done in seconds. The fact that it integrates across our tech stack works wonders.

Manually digging through Notion to find the information I need is painful, but with Notion AI I almost never have to do it.

Frustrating UI, Limited Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use it at the same time as someone else.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI not very user-friendly, especially when I need to see all the headers at once without scrolling. I really dislike not being able to color-code rows differently or use formulas as easily as in Excel. It's not as good for my needs, and I wish it allowed more customization and easier navigation. Integrating with Excel sheets and inputting formulas could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion's UI isn't user-friendly for viewing extensive headers, lacks easy customization, easy navigation, and formula input compared to Excel.
Flexible, All-in-One Solution for Seamless Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Notion, especially the ability to create a bullet-pointed list on one page and a detailed spreadsheet on another. I can create a task manager with due dates and assign tasks to people. I also appreciate how I can create visually focused, educational pages and share them with others. Notion integrates smoothly with other resources and AIs, like GPT, which makes it a versatile tool for me. It feels like a Swiss Army knife, adapting to any need I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
You know, I think one thing that could be improved is when you create a new page or like a block, being able to find the correct block can sometimes be a pain. There's a lot of different options, which is awesome. But it also means you have to scroll down through a lot of different things in order to find the exact option that you want. And when I'm talking to somebody and I'm in the middle of something, it would not be nice if it was simplified or easier to find some of those different blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to connect my Salesforce environment and calendars, simplifying my workflow with one viewpoint. It organizes my calendar, integrates with CRM, and keeps everything neat, helping me see my day's schedule and follow up seamlessly.
Customizable Workspace with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is. It can be a blank canvas for many conversations, projects, meetings, and more. I appreciate that it can function as a database and be used in so many different formats. I like the ability to have my list as bullet points or a toggle list that is expandable, allowing me to format notes however best suits the need in the moment. It's easy to reference other spaces, links, and outside sources. I like the ability to create simple workflows or buttons. The initial setup for Notion was pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sidebar with all my different spaces and pages can get a bit confusing. Perhaps a better UI. Better structuring of the folders and spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives our team a space to brainstorm in private and shared formats. It's highly customizable, acting as a blank canvas for projects and meetings. I like creating workflows and referencing other spaces easily.
