    Notion... It's where it's at.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how it keeps you organized and how it separates action items and how clear it is to read and customize your own personal page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't find it user-friendly at times. There are ways that you have to go through in order to customize your own Notion page that seem like you are in a labyrinth at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving collective issues amongst my team where we are under a reorganization structure. It's absolutely helping us to stay accountable and pull in helpful, former antiquated IKBs and resources so that we can amend or extract said collateral so that we can have continuity with our new organization workflows.

    Transforms Ideas into Organized Systems

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion because it helps us organize our work documents, safety plans, tasks, marketing ideas, and website build-out. It's creative enough to support brainstorming and structured enough for real business planning. Notion has helped turn a lot of moving pieces into clear, workable systems. I love the customizable aspect with Unsplash for cover and uploadable icons, which help me customize each page. Despite the initial learning curve with its Lego block system, once understood, it turns out to be a good system. Overall, I find the initial setup easy, and my team and I love Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to learn at first, especially the Lego block system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps organize work documents, plans, and ideas, turning complex systems into clear, workable processes. It's creative for brainstorming and structured for business planning.

All-in-One Workspace That Keeps Notes, Tasks, and Plans Perfectly Organized

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion brings my notes, tasks, documents, and planning together in one workspace. It makes it easy to organize everything and customize the setup so it fits the way I work and what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that Notion has a learning curve and can take a lot of time to set up the way I want. Also, when pages or databases get large, they can sometimes feel slow and a bit cumbersome to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps solve the problem of having information scattered across multiple tools. Rather than keeping notes in one app, tasks in another, and documents in separate folders, I can organize and manage everything in a single workspace.

Structured onboarding and shared documentation have transformed how our teams organize work

    Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I use Notion for welcoming onboarding employees, tracking the backlog for our sprint, tracking firmware updates like my firewall, writing documentation, and documenting everything in my job.

When using Notion for onboarding employees, I have checkboxes for new employees to read the SOP or guidance related to their department, such as what a software engineer needs to do for the first time. There are points to checkbox whether they can complete it or how much longer they have to finish within maybe 90 days. The new employees find it very helpful for the process so they are not confused when onboarding.

Notion is very useful for onboarding and makes the process faster. Sharing and collaboration are also really helpful, especially when we are grooming something in the sprints or sprint plan. We can speed it up and not miss anything because it is very well documented. Many things in the process go three or four steps faster.

    What is most valuable?

The best features of Notion are how easy it is to use. I can use a slash and there are multiple options available. I can embed Google Drive or integrate with Slack, and I can even create a personal website in it.

Whenever we put documentation, such as some PDFs, datasets of hardware, or vendor documentation in Notion, we can embed it through Google Drive. Additionally, we can use Slack for allowing other employees to reach the Notion page easily.

With Notion, we are able to find any kind of information more easily when someone puts it on Notion, such as guidance, organization charts, or departmental details, and it can be categorized. It allows for grouping users and sharing owner pages with external parties, and we can also use it internally for specific members only.

    What needs improvement?

For Notion right now, it would be better if there is an AI for searching documentation. This would help if new employees or anyone in the company wants to revisit the documentation, as an AI would assist in that case.

I think there should be an AI improvement for Notion, such as an agentic AI for every user, and I think it would be better if the pricing were lower.

For the specific AI features, we need to search our documentation faster, and if there is non-documentation we are not familiar with, such as how to upgrade the firewall firmware, AI can help guide us through the upgrading process. As for pricing, I think it should be cheaper while still offering good features.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Notion for almost three years.

What other advice do I have?

I think Notion's AI capabilities are dependable.

Notion is deployed in a hybrid cloud setup within my organization.

I think others looking into using Notion should try it, and they will find it valuable because Notion is straightforward for documentation, organization, and collaboration.

I think Notion is already a very good and brilliant product, and I wish to keep using Notion forever. I would rate this product a ten out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

    Hybrid Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Helpful for Organization, Challenging Initial Setup

    Reviewed on Jun 04, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for organizing my work tasks and managing projects. I find it helpful in keeping everything in one place. I like that Notion makes note-taking easy and I value its transcription feature the most, which I use for transcribing meetings and helping me organize notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the main page to organize your day very confusing to set up and not visually appealing. I've tried setting it up on my own using tutorials or advice from other users, but it's really hard to get it set up the way I want. Linking certain apps is difficult too. It was not easy, as I still haven't gotten the home page set up to my liking. I haven't fully learned how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my work tasks, managing projects, transcribing meetings, and note taking, keeping everything in one place.

Versatile and Intuitive, Yet Integration Limits Meeting Summaries

    Reviewed on Jun 04, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the wide range of integration Notion has with outside applications, like Zoom, Google Meet, and whatever else I need. It's already easy to make meeting notes with Notion, which I appreciate. Talking to Notion AI is really helpful, especially for developing ideas by referring to past conversations over meeting minutes or Notion pages. That's my favorite part. The initial setup of Notion was very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just the meeting summary could be compared to other ethnocentric AI tools such as cloud. Or sometimes Zoom AI or Teams AI. Maybe Microsoft Teams AI would be better for the meeting summary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for making meeting records, summarizing thoughts, and sharing information within my team. Its integration with apps like Zoom and Google Meet streamlines our workflow, while Notion AI helps develop ideas by referring to past conversations and meeting notes.
