Perfect for Collaboration and Knowledge Management

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can add comments to documents and see others edit the document live in Notion. It serves as a central location for all of our company information and is very easy for collaborating on documents as a group and having living documents. The initial setup was very easy with no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like our documents just get abandoned over time. That might be more of a process issue at the company or a natural evolution of certain documents not being necessary though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a central location for all company information, easy for collaborating on documents as a group, and having living documents.

A Must-Have for Efficient Documentation and Meetings

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion summarizes meetings and performs voice detection really accurately, which helps me not to miss anything and focus more on the meeting itself instead of worrying about note-taking. I also like the templates and AI components that make documentation much quicker with better quality of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do our team roadmap and planning in Teamspaces, but sometimes it's hard to find the hierarchy of items. I feel like it is not as intuitive for our use case. Work on better visibility of parent / child relationships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me find relevant content quickly with search and take meeting notes effortlessly. I like the AI components, templates, and voice detection, which enhance documentation quality and allow me to focus on the meeting instead of notetaking.

Streamlines Operations with Comprehensive Integration

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion integrates multiple systems for a unified program management infrastructure. The platform is easy to adjust and manage, allowing full personalization for our needs. The Notion AI and AI transcriber have been great for managing meeting minutes securely across our portfolio of companies. I find the AI Writing Assistant incredibly helpful, especially for transcribing meetings, adding action items to databases, and building Slack message summaries. Notion's integration with other software like AirTable, Google Drive, Miro, and Slack also supports our operations as a venture studio, and I liked that Notion was broader in its uses compared to other tools like Asana. The initial setup was relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permission and security was a bit challenging to figure out at the beginning. Potentially more tutorials and best practices for setting up an organization in Notion with different levels of permissions and access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion integrates systems for unified program management, handles meeting minutes with AI tools, and maintains secure operations, resolving our fragmented system issues.

Customizable & Visual, But Setup Needs Improvement

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is and how visual it can be. I also love how I can easily work with team members. Making it visual is easier for me to navigate quickly since I am in the tool at least five hours a day. The customization is great because I am a travel adviser, and I track detailed itineraries for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that my itinerary software does not have an open API to connect to Notion. Also, the initial setup was pretty difficult. I had to hire a Notion specialist to set it up for me, although it's easy to use now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion streamlines my CRM process and helps to track projects.

Transformational for Personal and Professional Organization

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about Notion. It's user friendly once you start using it, even without tutorials. I learned through trial and error but found it clean, flexible, and fast. I like how easily accessible it is because I can access it on my phone or computer. It's great as an operating system or a repository for my documents and systems, where I can build what I need instead of being forced into another template. The pages sync well, allowing me to set up different structures and scalable databases. It's helped me be more strategic and proactive in managing my scattered ideas and executing structured plans. I enjoy capturing all my templates, processes, and workflows in an organized fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, the learning curve is real. Notion gives you a blank canvas, so if you don’t have clarity, you can overbuild fast. It’s strongest on desktop—mobile works, but it’s not where I do heavy thinking. And for advanced automation, you’ll want integrations. None of that’s a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a flexible system where I can access and manage documents from anywhere. It syncs pages, builds systems, and scales databases, giving me control over workflows without fitting into a preset template. It's clean, fast, and helps structure my execution.
